About Me: (Ministry Info, Hobbies, Fav. Music etc.): Dr. Dorothy Shepherd is the founder of the San Gabriel Valley Section of National Council of Negro Women, (NCNW). She is a leader, educator, lecturer, and inspirational speaker. Dr. Shepherd host a very popular weekly radio broadcast on radio station KPRO 1570 AM radio, “Shepherd’s Inspirational Time,” where she inspires over (3) millions listeners. In October 2006 she was voted by the City of Walnut to serve as the Grand Marshal of the 30th Annual Walnut Parade.

She is a retired educator with the Pomona Unified School District and Los Angeles County Office of Education. Since her retirement she has decided to become entrepreneur, she is the owner of Shepherd’s Palatial Realty, where she train and employer realtors. She serves with the Chaplain of Chino Institution of Women, (CIW), teaching and inspiring the incarcerated women to strive for the more excellent way of life. Knowing that God is a God of another chance. She is on the Youth Accountability Commission of Chino Hills, awarded outstanding volunteer by City Council & Members of Congress. She was invited to serve a delegate to the second African and African-American Summit in Gabon and Senegal where adopted and elementary school. She is an ordained minister of the gospel, where she co-pastors Christ Trinity Ministries with her husband Rev. Al Shepherd.
