FAITH

1. 1John 5:4-5: For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the word?
Only who believes that Jesus is the son of God. That is what He said. He said taking the shield of Faith to quench all the fiery darts of the devil. That is what He said. I will like you to go in the heat of that reaction and think of whatever is contrary to total Victory, total Health; whatever is contrary to Signs and Wonders, that is making you live in regret, stagnation and frustration. I will like you to focus on them now and begin to bring them down in the name of Jesus. Faith makes you smarter than your challenges. Faith sees them as STEPPING-STONES into CHAMPIONSHIP; whatever is POSSIBLE with God is POSSIBLE with Faith.
This divine birth, which brings in the divine life, is the basic factor of all the mysteries concerning the divine, such as the fellowship of the divine life, the Anointing of the Divine Trinity (1 John 2:20-27), the Abiding in the Lord; and the divine living that practices the faith.
Hebrews 11:1-6: now Faith is being sure of what we Hope for and certain of what we do see; … And without Faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.
Faith is the universal currency; people of God remember faith makes our living so colorful:
1. Nothing works without faith
2. Salvation is impossible without faith
3. Healing, Deliverance, miracle are impossible without faith.
4. Victory is impossible without faith. Let me conclude; now nothing is possible without faith.
PS 127:1-2: if without faith we cannot get God, it means building without God is building without faith. So without faith there is no future in your future.
Faith is the principle determining factor of every man’s status; there is no contesting this fact.
Everything about God and everything about your destiny begins with faith. Faith is the foundation for the fulfillment of every vision; it is the base for the realization of every calling and election.
Faith in God: it is what makes the journey of life great. Every outstanding thing in the Kingdom of God is direct product of Faith in God.
Every test that: we will ever confront in our journey is a test of faith to find out if you are depending on yourself or you are depending on God; whether you are looking up to God; looking to yourself or looking around.
If you are test is a test of faith then you need a fight of faith to go through.
Without faith you are bound to fail. God tested Abraham, at the end of it, He said, now I know that you fear me. (Gn 22: 12). Without faith you and I don’t have future and I believe that is why God is teaching us what steps to take to get to where we are going.

- So what is faith?

a. IS THE PRACTICAL EXPRESSION OF CONFIDENCE IN GOD AND HIS WORD

Faith is the practical expression of confidence in God and his word. (Heb 10: 35-36). Remember what happen to Abraham and Noah in the bible those people decided to practically express their confidence in God.

NB: You should know these things
- If God can’t, nobody else can
- If God can’t, no one else should try.
- If God can’t, it is eternally hopeless to expect anything.
• Remember also the story of the three young men in Daniel 3: 17-18: The confidence in God has a great reward.
• Faith is a practical expression of confidence, ESTABLISHES, REWARD and GREAT REWARD.


Heb 11:17-19: Abraham set out to do exactly as God had commended him, believing that God is able to raise sons unto him out of stones. This is what I called EXTRAORDINARY CONFIDENCE IN GOD.
b. IT IS AN ACT MOVITATED BY THE WORD
* Faith is an act motivated by the word of God. It can also be defined as a LIVING FORCE, drawn from the LIVING WORD, for A LIVING PROOF
* Abraham believed God, and by that act of faith, he became the father of all that is born again and has an inheritance with God. Rom 4:3-16
* It is by native evidential. If you can’t see the evidence, then what you are referring to is not faith.
James 2:18:
*Faith without action is fake! That means, it is dead (James 2:17)
*Faith is a reflective act. You can’t operate it without knowing it; it also shows in your looks, your talk, in the statement you make and in your confidence.
-John 2:18: “…. Fill the water-pots with water” and they went ahead and did evidence of faith. Faith is fake without a back up actions.
* When you refuse to move by the word of life, faith is not in place. Friends it is time to step out of that passive religions state!
* If God says you are healed, stop looking sick! If God said He had carried your pains, stop celebrating pains.
* Faith is an act. You may sound primitive and unconventional, but the dignity of your victory willed be undeniable.
* When you stop showing it, then it is no longer there.
* Faith is reflective. It shows.
Rom 10:17:
• Faith comes by hearing, and it works by acting on what you have heard.
• Friends God’s word works! Faith brings God on the scene and when God step in, opposition bows out!
• Faith is what turns on the exceeding greatness of God’s power. Faith connects you to the power that clears all obstacles out of your way.
• Faith is an Act, when you stop showing it, then it is no stops reflecting in your lifestyle, then it is no longer there.
NB: Please understand what I am talking about

• Whatever you are saying you believe God for, make sure you don’t act contrary to it or you disqualify yourself of the answer. It is time for you to enjoy victory unlimited! Victory on all sides!

C. IT IS A TRANSLATING FORCE
- EPHESIANS 2:8-9:
* It takes faith to connect with Grace. Faith is that almighty force in the realm of the Spirit, which is able to take a man from the pit of hell and translate him to the glorious realm of heavenly places.
*It is Faith that puts you in the class of God. When Faith is at WORK, the power of God is in place.
* I see God bringing about a translation in your run life night now!
* He is about to change your position through the instrument of faith. Faith is an ever winning, never failing force!
NB: It is time to take a look at scriptures line upon line, precept upon precept, after which you will come out licensed and certified for victory.
• There is nothing in the world that will not answer to faith on earth answers to this powerful force called FAITH. It overcomes all forces of darkness, economic problems, sickness, disease, family disintegration, untimely death, and every other obstacle you can imagine on earth.
• Every problem on earth just must answer to faith, and this is why we must seek to understand and appreciate it.
• Until faith fails, you don’t become a failure. Once your faith fails, your spiritual life fails.
• Faith is your access to the power of God, not tears! Without faith nothing gets done ! As soon as faith ascends to heaven, the power of God will descend from heaven.
• When faith is at work, the power of God is connected which makes all things possible.
FAITH IS SEEING IT THE WAY GOD SEES IT
Faith is seeing it the way God sees it and as far your eyes can see, it shall be given to you. For instance, I am aware that Christ has raised me up together with Him and has made me to sit together with Him in the heavenly places.
Ephesians 1:20 “which He exert in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at his right hand in the heavenly reams, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come”.
I swa the picture of being far above and that mentality has helped me against any struggle with demonic people. I am not at the same level with them, so I can’t be struggling with them. That’s what God says, and I see it with Him and as I walk in the consciousness of it, I have unusual victory.
The problem with many believers is ignorance. Until you begin to see the way God sees, you may remain stranded for life.
FAITH IS THE POWER POINT
Faith is the power point that connects you to the power of God, which enables you to become what you have believed.
Paul said, I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation, to everyone that believes. When that power comes, you will become what you believe.
I found one truth very early in ministry, I found that God is no respecter of persons, but in every nation, God is no respecter of colour, God is no respecter of race, God is only a respecter of His Word. Now, that turned me on! That turned me on! And let me say with all humility, everything done in my life today, is done by faith.
Faith is not an intellectual fact, faith is a Spiritual force, what you believe, determines how you behave, and how you behave determines what you become. Faith is the covenant trigger for the release of the supernatural (Luke 1:45). We have to get back to base, we have to go back to begin at the beginning, giving all diligence, add to your faith.
And Paul said, above all, taking the shield of faith. Faith is above all! (Eph 6:16). I know you have the whole armour of faith, but above all, take the shield of faith.
My understanding of faith is in this way, I see faith as a spiritual power point, that translates mortality into immortality, exchanges the natural, for the supernatral, and translates the human into the divine realm.

HABAKKUK 2:4:
• Just as heart failure is a threat to its victim, a faith failure will make a believer sin!
Faith is belief with strong conviction; firm belief in something for which there may be no tangible proof; complete trust; opposite of doubt.

Your faith will not fail! In Jesus precious name.
