Clicks: Are Church leaders really listening to God when they operate in clicks?

It is good to have people around you who you know. It is good to have people who are true friends, confidants and associates. However, I wonder how many leaders really pray and listen to God when they have a revival, conference or church event and invite their friends to minister because they are one of the boys or girls, instead of praying and asking God who He wants to speak at these services?
