Tell Them Broadcast - "The Inconvenience Of Feeling"

Being a witness is difficult enough without "feeling" stuff.  Sometimes the martyrdom of living for Jesus is that you can feel the pain when people are going the wrong way.  Sometimes its the feeling of being talked about, ridiculed and accused of things you are not guilty of.  Maybe your hurt is in being misunderstood.…

Tell Them Broadcast - "How Do We Get To Do The Stuff?"

We want to "do the stuff"!  We want to see the power of the Lord work through our lives!  But, if the power starts working without an understanding of the necessary "how", we could be in deep trouble.

Jesus looks at more than just what we do but, HE looks at the "why".  Our motives are important to HIM, our loyalty and love…

Tell Them Outreach Broadcast Saturday, July 27, 2013

We must get past our "precious" opinions of people, colors, wealth levels, etc., etc.  Jesus did not and does not give space for us to segregate who we minister the Gospel to, we have no selection process.  The Word is clear, "...preach the Gospel to every creature".

It took repeated visions and the voice of the Lord to make…

Tell Them Outreach Broadcast - Bishop Mackie on Prayer, July 26, 2013

Jesus spent much time in prayer but still managed to get this done, so well that we are still talking about HIS deeds today.

If HE spent so much time in prayer and got the will of God done, don't we realize that we need to pray to see the Lord move today?  We have not yet realized that we war in the spirit, we war in the…

The Love Of God

Christ pledge of heaven, ''Because I live, ye shall live also''; with all these promises, the love of Christ should be eagerly accepted by every soul throughout the world as the most magnificent mercy that even the power and love of heaven combined could grant sinful man. With all the  additional blessings the Savior provides for our home relations; love instead of hatred; happiness despite of poverty; joy even in sorrow, God bless you all and let us not forget to put God first in what ever…

Unchecked Sin

As long as sin rules unchecked in any home, the forces of evil that many of you know only too well seek to banish peace by promoting selfishness lust, hatred, and a dozen other vices. Without Christ people often seem to live in a certain kind of harmony:  yet be sure of this: if the Savior is not accepted and acknowledged in our earthly homes, we shall never acknowledged and accepted in heaven With the  blessings Jesus offers; the complete forgiveness of purple vice and scarlet sin the free…

Tell Them Broadcast - "The Inconvenience Of Friends And Family"

We deal with the overall subject of "Reach The Lost, At Any Cost".  This has been our Tuesday subject for some time.  Then we added a sub topic of "I Don't Want To Put You Out".  This deals with the way in which the Lord will rearrange our lives to accomplish HIS will.  The changes that HE makes in us are difficult to the flesh nature of man.…

Tell Them Broadcast - "Put Your Weight On HIM"

We want to "do the stuff", we want to "get off our blessed assurance!  We want to work the works of God, as some put the question to Jesus.  We need a formula.

Many times we do want to accomplish the will of the Lord, but we move in our own strength.  We want to do the stuff, as John Wimber put it, but this must be…

It comes with conflict

There is a blessing that God has for you every now and then that you are not big enough to step into but I am so glad we serve a God of purpose who will not return them and give it to somebody else, God hangs it in the closest and then works on you to destiny He kept it  for you to mature you.

"God's Will: Sanctification"

"God's Will: Sanctification" — 1 Thessalonians 4:1-7

Dear Father, sanctifier of families,

Help us to learn how we ought to live and how we ought to please you. Help us give greater attention and effort to this. Your will for us is our sanctification, so enable us to abstain from all immorality.

Many people around us glorify and romanticize lust. Help us to reject this way of looking at things. Guide believers into marriages of holiness and honor, giving themselves to each…

What do I do if I have committed sexual sin?

Christians are not exempt from sexual sin. If you are such a person who has fallen into fornication, adultery, pornography, homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, or any other sexual deviation, then you need to stop. You need to confess your sins to the Lord and break off your relationships that lead you or tempt you into further sin. This may be…

I got Favor

When you stop where you are your enemies don’t have any problem with you, but even when you chose to sleep, they don’t have any problem with you, only when you answer your calling. when conflict comes on with your calling that means conflicts become a confirmation of your calling which goes with your assignment.

*People will think they are in conflict with you, but they will never realize they are helping to confirm your assignment and destiny.

Don't Let Guilt Destroy You

Guilt is cultivated when you continually allow yourself to dwell and think about how badly you've messed up, your pasts, the sins you've committed, etc. The enemy loves to remind us of our past failures, so he can keep us thinking about them. The problem is, if we allow ourselves to fall for this trap, it allows the enemy to build what they call a stronghold in our minds.

Your best bet is to learn what is going on, and stop Satan dead in his tracks. Learn the difference between…

"I Don't Want To Put You Out Of Your Racial Comfort Zone"

Being a Christian is inconvenient and the will of the Lord will "put you out".

There are constantly things that the Lord will ask us to do that go against the grain of who we think we are.  When HE told these Jewish persons to go to Samaria, HE knew that he was telling them to lay their normal lives down to go to people who…

Wash and Wear

Wash and Wear

Dr. A. Howard

 Holiness

I don’t buy many dry clean only garments these days, since I'm no longer working in a corporate workplace where suits are the dress code.  To be honest, on top of the fact that it gets expensive to maintain something you wear really often, I sweat a lot!

No offence to those who prefer or who must wear formal clothing…

Immovable Faith

Habakuk had developed an attitude based on circumstances of feelings and emotions. If what you’re praying for is not happening, can you still believe and have faith in God for his provisions?

When everything is against you, that’s when you hold on to God’s word. Everything around you can give way, it doesn’t matter, hold on to God.

Public opinion can be against you, it matters not. Doctors say you’re going to die, you can’t make it, family is saying drop it,…

You Can't Do The Stuff Until You Believe ON HIM! Part 1

"Getting The Church Ready To Get Off Its Blessed Assurance"  We have been speaking about "When Are We Gonna Do The Stuff?"  But we can't do anything, the right way, until we ARE something.  And we can't be anything without a relationship!

Do not judge

To those who want to judge people's motives - Jesus is saying - "Judge not..."

To those who want to judge by outward appearances - Jesus is saying - "Judge not..."To those who have censorious scruples about matters that are not in themselves right or wrong - Jesus is saying - "Judge not..." To those who want to judge the service of another - Jesus is saying - "Judge not..."To those who judge a fellow believer by speaking evil about him - Jesus is saying - "Judge not..."

To those who… Continue
