Spiritual Fitness

Exercise yourself towards godliness. I Timothy 4:7

As we exercise on a regular basis (jog, walk, swim, aerobic, etc.) the body grows in strength. We become healthier. When as individual enters a marathon, there is a level of fitness required to complete the task. To achieve that level of fitness requires dedicated training.

Refocus On God's Plan

If there has ever been a time to be completely focused, it is now. Not just focused, but completely focused. With so much happening, with us, to us and around us. A single blink of the eyes and something of grave importance has been missed. This could lead to grave distress. The same goes for our minds. When our thought process is off, we often become as a kite without a guide; just drifting along.
