Pastor Raliegh Jones Sr. - Homegoing Celebration

For 19 years Raliegh Jones Sr. served as pastor of Greenhill Church in Clarksville TN. He was one of the biggest supporters and proponents of the Black Preaching Network. He found great pride in having a vehicle that allowed graduates of American Baptist College and ministers around the world to meet, network, and keep in touch. I will miss his words of wisdom regarding not only the website but EVERYTHING in life.

Homegoing Celebration for Pastor Raliegh A. Jones Sr. will be held 1 PM Wednesday June 12 at Faith Outreach Church in Clarksville, TN. A memorial service is scheduled for 1 PM Thursday June 13 at St. Paul Baptist Church in East. St. Louis, IL with the burial to follow.

Our family would like to thank all of you for your support, prayers, and encouragement in this time of loss.

Man, Tony, I wasnt able to be there because I am in the army recruiting school. I dont know what to do. I talked with him at least every other day...I served him as best as I could....He was a Father to me. I have cried and cried...I have been angry...I am praying for you and CO Pastor, Jeremy and Jessica. I cannot wait until I get to be with him in Heaven, he licensed and Ordained me, he was supposed to come out to Maryland to participate in my Pastoral Installation in April of 09. Every time that I preach people will really be hearing a product of Pastor Jones. I loved him and there are not enough words to express how much. If you ever need me.....give me a call. I am praying for you.
