There is no mountain any where, but the mountain is your Ignorance
Have faith in God Jesus answered. I tell you the truth anyone says to this mountain, go throw yourself into the sea and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Mark 11.22-3
We always talk about mountains, meaning problems, obstacles, hurdles, unfavorable conditions, sufferings, sickness etc... All these mentioned words represent mountains to different people, but the question is that, what is a mountain? I define a mountain as an elevated land that is higher than a hill, and a Spiritual Mountain is one’s spiritual trouble that is higher than his spiritual solution.
My dear, there is no spiritual or physical mountain(s) as per say, but our ignorance, the ignorance in us has cloak our eyes from seeing, and by so doing becoming a mountain before us, the ignorance in us has created an image that is too tall for us to over come, and when a tall image is before you it becomes your giant, you and I knows that giants are like dictators, so the same way your ignorance is dictating for you.
What is Ignorance? If I may ask, I define Ignorance as an act of being stupid, unaware, lacking knowledge and refusing to notice, do you belong to this group? Then try to move away, for an ignorant person becomes a problem to him/herself, because he is stupid, and stupidity in any person(s) makes him/her senseless. You can only have a head way when you embrace knowledge, for your knowledge will bring to you understanding. And it takes the understanding in you to define your true blessings. Listen to what the bible is saying in the book of Deuteronomy 28.13, it reads, The Lord will make you the head and not the tail, if you pay attention to the command of the Lord your God that give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be the top and not the bottom.
So why are you not found at the top or the head? Very simple you are lacking knowledge and there is no way the little understanding in you can propel to you the top, so the person you are suppose to be becomes an illusion and your ignorance starts hunting you, because you are yet to recognized the true person in you, turn with me and see what ignorance did to a blessed nation in the book of 1Sam 17.8-9 Goliath stood and shouted to the ranks of Israel, why do you come out and line up for the battle? Am I not a philistine and are you not the servant of Saul? Chose a man and have him come down to me, if he is able to fight and kill me, we will become your subjects, but if I overcome him and kill him, you will become over subjects and serve us
For forty days and nights Goliath became a mountain to the Israelites, and so are many Christians today, many Christian have been placed under terrible pains today by their ignorance. And life without understanding becomes a trial and error thing, you can never get to the top with such principles.
There two ways to wave away ignorance
1. Information. When someone is not inform definitely he/she will be deformed, for information is knowledge obtain from study or instructions, so an informed person is very much aware, do you know the information in you becomes your knowledge, and knowledge is much more precious than silver and gold according to the book of Proverbs3:13-14 reads, blessed is the man who finds wisdom. The man who gains understanding for she is more than silver and yields better than Gold
Your so called mountain(s) will be thrown to the sea, if you become an informed person; you definitely become a better person.
2. Choice, when so ever you chose in life becomes what you will be, if you chose not to see mountains, there will be no mountains in your life, no one chose without an option, and my choice, your choice and our choice will determine the out come, in the book of Joshua 24:15 Joshua told people of Israel to chose whom they will serve, he said, but for him and his entire family he will serve the living Lord, who have you chosen?
