prayers, cards, flowers, kindness, expressions of love and assistance during
this catastrophic and challenging time.
Our extended thanks go to Ms. Laurie Schneider a dear family friend of ours.
Through her extensive research and phone calling Rev. Timothy Wright has been
transferred from Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania to the Kessler
Institute in New Jersey.
He does not have health insurance, other than VA coverage, and after intense
research of various VA hospitals, Rev. Wright's best opportunity for medical
rehabilitation and care would be at the Kessler Institute in New Jersey.
Rev Wright has a severe C4 spinal chord injury. he is still on a respirator,
which can be removed for an hour a day, and when off he can speak. Doctors
expect that he will be on a respirator for 4-6 more weeks, but will eventually
be able to breathe on his own.
We praise God that Rev. Wright was able to sit up over the weekend in a
wheelchair for the first time, and he can felt pain in both his shoulders and
neck.
Through her own expense Laurie was able, to have Rev. Wright admitted into the
Kessler Institute and have his first week of medical expenses covered
[amounting to $28,231]. We are asking for your financial support to obtain a
minimum of four (4)-months of rehabilitation [$4,033 per day x 30 days =
$120,990 per month]. to cover Rev. Wright's stay at the Kessler Institute of
New Jersey.
It is our prayer, for those capable; we significantly require your financial
