Joining Word of Life Fellowship for the conference will be Apostle Barbara Yoder and Pastors Jay and Cristina Pike.

Yoder is the founding apostle and senior pastor of Shekinah Christian Church in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Known for her cutting-edge prophetic ministry and apostolic breakthrough anointing, Yoder travels extensively within the United States and other countries ministering at various conferences and seminars.

Charisma Magazine featured Barbara Yoder in the cover article of their June issue as one of a dozen highly effective women who are leaders in the North American church.
“She’s a powerful speaker,” said Word of Life Senior Pastor Patrick McDonald. “When you hear her, you’ll know right away why she was selected as one of the most effective women leaders in the North American church.”

The Pikes, who have recently joined the pastoral team at Yoder’s Shekinah Christian Church, are themselves the founders of Greater Life Ministries, International. Having ministered in over 30 nations on five continents, the couple continues to minister both nationally and internationally. McDonald said he finds Jay’s messages energetic, informative and inspirational.

“I have heard a lot of gifted preachers in my 35 years as a Christian, and I’ve heard about the gift of preaching, but I never actually experienced it, until I heard Jay,” he said. “What a gift.”

The free conference, which is open to the public, will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19. Seminars will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, with a 7 p.m. concert. The final service will begin at 12:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21. All services will be held in the Word of Life Fellowship Sanctuary at 24630 Highway 108 in Mi-Wuk Village.
