Christains that compromise their Intergrity

What do you think about devout Christains that attend church regularly, they pray, fast, have prayer meetings and fellowship dinners on a regular basis. Yet when it comes down to making a real decision that could possible impact another persons lively-hood then they compromise their intergrity, and without having any amount of compuction about it. I do understand that no one is perfect, however, Christain people have a bad tendency of doing things in the wrong way when they are always presented with an opportunity to do what is right first. And, what gets me about Christain people is, we always try to justify the wrong things we do, instead of doing what is right from the outset.
