As I sit here, actually, I was minding my own business ad heard the Lord say, "It's Time Out Time." Pastors must begin to love pastors and to hate what He hates. He is tired of the back talking, the putting down of pastors by one pastor. He is tired of the fighting among pastors, who has the best gift, who can preach the best, who has the biggest house, car and other blessings. God in Numbers was provoked to anger because of the arogance, disobedience, ungodly talk and attitudes of some in Israel...(read Numbers chapters 10-14). God is saying because we are under the season of grace because of all that Jesus has done for us, does not mean that we will not incur some of the same punishments, chastisement and disciplining that they did in the Old Testament.
God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He changes not. God is telling in this season like never before for pastors to love, be patient, be humble, to be sincere, to walk in integrity, to seek His face like never before so that He can heal the land. If we go around talking about, putting other pastors down, are we truly walking as godly leaders.
God has called us to be restorers of the bretheren. We must begin to pray for each other like never before. stand with each other like never before and to encourage each other like never before.
It is our untiy of spirit, soul and body(as in brother coming together in fellowship) that will heal, restore and begin to put Satan where he truly belongs. God is raising up pastors who will walk in unity, love and in the word like never before. He is looking for humble pastors to bless. Lastly, I hear the Lord saying because you might have material blessings, this is not an indicator that you are walking right before Him. Let us all pray for each other, and the body of Christ like never before.
There are many good, wounded, tired and frustarted pastors around the world who have quit the ministry, thinking about quitting and on the brink of quitting. Let us pray for speedy restoration, recovery, and resurrection for them. There are some who struggle with the flesh and other habits who truly love God and the children of God. God is saying stand with them when they fall. Give them an opportuntiy to get right with Him. Don't be so quick to cast them to the side of the road. Many of them will repent and become mighty men and servants of God...Romans 5:8
