If I were to ask that question to a room full of folks . . . some would think I was thinking about a dance move made famous by Michael Jackson called the “Moonwalk.”
The Christians or those who have knowledge of the Word of God would know that I was talking about a spiritual condition.
According to dictionary.com a backslider is someone who “relapses into bad habits, sinful behavior, or undesirable activities.”
In religious terms, a backslider is someone who has known the truth of God but has chosen to turn their back on God’s Word.
