Are You an Encourager?

Its amazing to know that it seems like the less some people know about
something they seem to be the ones that has the most to say about it or
give their opinion on it.

In my years of dealing with all types of people I've come to realize that most people knowingly or
unknowingly have good intentions. However it appears that unknowingly
their good intentions are only to protect or justify themselves but not
other people. We all have a natural tendency to be selfish and self
focused.
To be able to take the focus off ourselves takes a conscious effort as we have to train ourselves to do so. Think about
this to prove my point: Who is the first person we tend to try to spot
when we take a group photo?
