ARE YOU BEING REMINDED OF YOUR PAST ?

The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Revelation 20:10).

Satan, the father of lies will be thrown into the lake of fire which was prepared for him and his angels (Matthew 25:41, last part).

In Genesis 3:15, God tells us what will happen to the devil. And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel.” The bruise to his head is fatal and it is delivered when God sends fire and brimstone down.

We know that the wages of sin is death. The devil and death will both be destroyed. The Bible said that the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8, KJV).

The devil knows that he has a short time. "Therefore rejoice, [ye] heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time" (Revelation 12:12).

Jude said, "And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day" (verse 6).

Peter said, "For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast [them] down to hell, and delivered [them] into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment" (2 Peter 2:4).

The prophet Ezekiel gives us a full description of what will happen to the fallen angel, Lucifer now known as Satan, God's adversary.  “ You were the seal of perfection,
      Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
       ¹³ You were in Eden, the garden of God;
      Every precious stone was your covering:
      The sardius, topaz, and diamond,
      Beryl, onyx, and jasper,
      Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold.
      The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes
      Was prepared for you on the day you were created.
       ¹⁴ “ You were the anointed cherub who covers;
      I established you;
      You were on the holy mountain of God;
      You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones.
       ¹⁵ You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created,
      Till iniquity was found in you.
       ¹⁶ “ By the abundance of your trading
      You became filled with violence within,
      And you sinned;
      Therefore I cast you as a profane thing
      Out of the mountain of God;
      And I destroyed you, O covering cherub,
      From the midst of the fiery stones.
       ¹⁷ “ Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty;
      You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor;
      I cast you to the ground,
      I laid you before kings,
      That they might gaze at you.
       ¹⁸ “ You defiled your sanctuaries
      By the multitude of your iniquities,
      By the iniquity of your trading;
      Therefore I brought fire from your midst;
      It devoured you,
      And I turned you to ashes upon the earth
      In the sight of all who saw you.
       ¹⁹ All who knew you among the peoples are astonished at you;
      You have become a horror,
      And shall be no more forever.”’”
