ARE YOU MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR LIFE?

Since you've decided to live according to the word of God and seek his face, his kingdom and his righteousness, are you making the most of your life? Think about it for a moment....

So many people today are living below their God-given potential. They’ve put their dreams on hold because of disappointments or setbacks. But God doesn’t want us to spend a single moment living in regret or condemnation. He doesn’t want us to settle for mediocrity. He wants us to make the most out of every moment of our lives. He promises to make all things new.

2 Corinthians 5:17

17) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

He promises to restore everything the enemy has stolen from us.

We are the ones who have to make the decision to let go of the past so we can make the most of today. We have to choose to keep moving forward one step at a time.
Side note: Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You HAVE to let go at some point in order to move forward.

When you choose to walk in faith AND forgiveness, you ARE making the most of your life.

2 Corinthians 5:7

7) For we walk by faith, not by sight:

When you reach out to help others, you ARE making the most of your life.

When you give of your time, talent, and resources to build the kingdom of God, you ARE making the most of your life.

Choose TODAY to let go of the past so you can embrace EVERY opportunity the Lord has in store for your future!

Be Blessed and remember to BE a Blessing.

Absolutely true and encourgaing words as I find the Word of God to be. Your post should be digested and internalized and prayed about, b/c sometimes we get really busy doing and spend no time resting in Him, His word, or the seeds and nutrients like these found in this blog.

They can easily be overlooked if one simply agree b/c it's true. The word has a purpose to help us achieve exactly what you've written and more, but we must read, meditate, pray, question, examine, and seek so that we don't find ourselves just doing a lot of stuff, if you will that seem holy and appear to be the right thing to do. I hope people will read your blog and do as I'm doing now, examining.

Lord, I know I love you and your people and I know my desire is to please you and to help advance your kingdom, but am I on the path you prepared for me to accomplish the goals you have set for me? Or father am I jumping at opportunities that you may not have carved out for me or taking on tasks that will delay or distract?
Nice thought provoking blog; thanks for sharing it. It was on time for me b/c I'm at a place in my life that I'm saying Lord, help us get this right...no more 40 years of wilderness...help us get this right so we can be effective and affective in every way; EYES WIDE OPEN FATHER...LEAD US. Blessings, Regi

THAT WAS AWSOME IF WE DON'T EXAMINE OURSELVES TO SEE ARE WE OPERATING ATOUR GRREATEST POTENTIAL WE WILL MISS THE GREATEST OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE OUR FATHER AS IN THE PARABLE IN THE TALENTS IN MATTHEW 25, THE MORE WE DO THE MORE HE GIVES US TO DO. STAY STRONG MY SISTER

Blessings to you and thank you for this blog today. I am living my walk. I am active in ministry as an evangelist. I am constantly in contact with positive people that can encourage me, uplift me in prayer and help me to grow in Christ. I enjoy attending conferences and workshop to better myself as a woman of God and as a person, living in this world. I enjoy teaching bible study classes in my senior building when i am asked, spreading the gospel and praying for everyone. Be encouraged. God is not finished with me yet!
