We are even challenged to pray that workers will be sent: "pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers" (Luke 10:2).There is a need for more preachers, more missionaries, more music ministers and more Christian teachers than ever before. And while our Bible colleges are not equipped to train doctors, lawyers, engineers or accountants, neither are the secular colleges and universities able to train our young people for the ministry.

Perhaps God is dealing with some hearts to accept the challenge of The "Now" evangelism. Then this could be your year.
