Bad Foundation = destroyed home
Dear Beloved,
When the people of God sinned and they failed to repent after the Prophets spoke to them, God raised up an enemy to take them captive until they repented and asked God for forgiveness.
In those times there were false prophets who would say ...Peace, Peace, to the people but there was no peace! Instead of telling people to repent they were padding them on their back for personal gain.
Today it's even worse! While the Church is falling away, backslidind (sliding backwards), those who should cry out from the house-top to them to repent, are instead blessing them and teaching them to ...repeat learned "formulas", like if God was a puppet!
How foolish on their part! And thank God we have the Bible which is telling us these things ahead of time. The family foundations are bad! The enemy knew that if he could break the families apart he would lower the spiritual level of the Church and the local churches as well.
I agree that there were times when women had to raise their own children by themselves because their husbands had to go to war, so they learned how to deal with those terrible times. So, when their husbands came back from war, (those who came back), were no longer needed. The women made sure that their husbands understood the fact that they could cope by themselves, so especially if the man didn't have a job, some of them were not welcomed to be around the house anymore!
Then the women-liberation came and things got even worse, to the point that men lost their pride and their manhood, and the families began to crumble down! Men began to drink and not to go to church anymore, so the society fell exactly where the devil wanted it! Now women have their hands almost everywhere, even in the churches, and although I don't believe it's a sin for a woman to be a preacher or a Prophetess (in times of necessity, when there are no longer men around), still, the attitude of some women to almost willingly obscure their husband, it's a sin before God!
As a consequence, men are ...running away from ministries and women are taking over, but ...as Jesus said regarding divorces, ..."from the beginning it was not so"!
We claim to believe in the whole Bible as the Word of God, but we don't believe Numbers chapter 30! When a woman is married, not even God Himself gets in between them! God Himself would not go over the head of her husband! This should give us an idea on how much God respects the husbands! So, shouldn't their wives respect them even more?
We got to the point that Preachers are very careful not to preach against sin anymore because they could lose a whorle family to another church. The Pastor of a major church in the USA is being very careful not to use words like "the blood of Jesus and forgiveness of sin", anymore, because someone could get offended. (Perhaps the Muslims)! An emergency (Deborah) becomes a rule and we twist the Word of God to our own pleasure!
Of course, if men don't respond to the calling of God, He will have to use women, but it would not displease God if these women would still submit to their own husbands in ...everything (1 peter 3:1-6) and to be an example to the younger women, teaching them to love their husbands and to take care of their own children and house. It is no wonder then, if the Church today is just like the rest of the world!
God saw our stiff-neck attitude and he raised up an enemy to take us into a spiritual, physical and material "captivity", and we will be in captivity until we repent and change our atttude towards God and His Word. We are being taken as slaves into ...Babilon!!! Don't mistake it, it's useless to claim victory in the name of Jesus! We can say ...Peace, peace as long as we like to, but there will be no peace until we repent and go back to the word of God!
...Where are the Prophets of today? Who is crying out to the Church to Repent and to go back to God?
How can we minister to a lost world if we are ...just about as lost as them? This reminds me about a car sticker which went like this: ..."don't follow me, I am just as lost as you are"! :-)
I pray that this word will find room in your heart and together we will stat a new beginning, fulfilling the Ministry which God has entrusted upon each one of us.
