Part of the "mystique" of salvation,and the dynamics we've been left with to "work it out", is that no matter how terrible an act we committ, short of the "unpardonable sin", God has made provision to "pardon" us way in advance of our ever considering committing the offense. As a matter of fact, He established a "way of escape", for our uncommitted transgressions and iniquities, long before our eldest ancestor was born because, he recognized that we would be shapen in iniquity, and in sin would our Mothers conceive us! In order for the plan of salvation to work, and for us to have a "fighting chance" to ever "meet Him in the sky", He would have to send a few "get out of jail free" items, so He sent His precious blood,and the immutable, reverential power of the Name, JESUS! The awesome, humbling wonders of His love has even determined that even though the world may find our acts of sin and rebellion incorrigible and repugnant, and they may hold us in the highest contempt of court, charge, and find us "guilty", He has determined that "There is therefore, NOW, NO CONDEMNATION TO THEM THAT ARE IN CHRIST JESUS, WHO WALK NOT AFTER THE FLESH, BUT AFTER THE SPIRIT! Unfortunately for some, because satan and the "laws of men" govern this world , Jesus may grant us a spiritual reprieve for our transgressions, but we may still have to contend with the natural consequences of our lasps, in lack of, or poor judgement. Because our Adamic nature is to break laws, and join the ranks of lawless, self or flesh governed people, our fate had to be predestined to land under the jurisdiction of the spiritual Supreme Court, and presided over by the Rightous Judge, Christ Himself. The enemy is charging, accusing,and "planting illegal evidence" against us all day every day, and for those who don't have the wisdom to avoid the "prison orange", by wearing the "blood red" , those charges are going to eventually "stick". All through biblical history, God's people were being thrown into the "slammer", the "pit", into the "big house", or sent "up the rive", or in some form of incarceration. Even in the dispensaton of the Church Age, we found people like Dr. Martin Luther King on the "cell block", more than a couple of times. The revelaton here, is that the adversary, obviously thinks that he has accomplised something by hindering our natural freedom, through incarceration, but the inherent power of God ,the anointng and the zeal for the things of God, can't be shackled, fettered,or locked up,or locked down! For those of us who are the "real soldiers",the worst thing the devil can do is to place us in a setting where there's nothing but souls on their way to hell! We don't call that "prison", we call that "CHURCH!" There's a Pentecostal song that goes "I went to the enemy's camp, and I put him uder my feet!". Don't "put him under your feet, because, eventually, you're going to have to move those feet to make the next step, and just what do you think he's going to do as soon as you lift your foot? No, while you're in the "enemy's camp", THROW AN ABSOLUTE REVIVAL, and save everything and everybody whom your eyes can see, or who can hear your voice, and you are guaranteed an "early release"! The devil, himself,will escort you out of his company, because you're wreaking havoc, and "raising hell", and undoing everything he has done, and is even thinking about doing! While you're there, take some mental pictures, and make some mental notes about his "whole operation", so if he even thinks about trying to arrest you or anybody you now in the future, you already have the layout of his chambers of bondage, and all the hidden escape routes, and then make them public! Just on G.P. publish this information about the enemy's camp, and more importantly, the "escape routes" on the www. and in every "post office", on every "milk carton", bottle of whiskey, can of beer, pack of cigarettes and "Philly blunts". Post it on every whore house door, and every light post of the crack alleys,the "bath houses",and "gay bars", and post it on the "black jack" tables and roulette wheel in every casino. This is what Christ views as "community service", and if one has genuinely repented with a Godly sorrow, and a "turning away" from those things that anger and grieve the Lord, He will take into consideration, the "time served", and mercifully, reduce your "sentence". Men may try to oppress you with memories and frequent reminders of your frailties and imperfections, and many of them would vote in favor of giving you "three consecutive life sentences" without the benefit of "parole", or 'death by execution", and we are speaking of the "saints" over at the "CHURCH HOUSE", or local assembly. They would ask for the release of "Barrabas", just so you could be crucified, or prosecuted with extreme prejudice. They would throw the mercy seat ON you, rather than giving you a chance to throw yourself on the mercy seat! David had a keen awareness of this predisposition of ruthless men to have a serious "bloodlust", and therefore, his urgent cry was "God,YOU do with me whatever You will, but whatever You do, don't turn me over into the hands of man!' So, now you find yourself on the other side of God's glory,and on the "back side" of rightousness! Yes,you've FALLEN, and you're struggling to get up, but there are some people who feel better about their miserable selves, the longer you stay in the gutter! Yes you missed it, "with bells on",in a major way, and the enemy wants you to believe that God's grace doesn't apply to your circumstance, or include you! He's trying to persuade you that when the Lord promised to "restore your soul, for His Name's sake, He wasn't referring to you! He would love to persuade you to keep your head to the ground, and make you forget that the Bible says "LIFT UP YOUR HEAD OH YE GATES, AND THE KING OF GLORY SHALL COME IN! WHO IS THE KING OF GLORY? HE IS THE LORD, MIGHTY IN BATTLE!" He doesn't want you to be strenghtened and encouraged to "run on, anyhow", or to "feel your Help",ever again, because he knows that with deliverance from the "horrible pit" comes a devil destroying anointing, and a whole "nother glory,that is a force to be reckoned with! Nobody cares about what Lucifer wants , because the devil is going to be the devil,and do and say what devils do and say, with diligence, excellence, determination, and detail, but what we are concerned about is remembering to lift our eyes to the hillls, and ask ourselves "Why art thou cast down, Oh my soul, and why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou not in God?" While you are meditating upon all these things,and considerng your errors, misdeeds, and ways, mournfully,and with genuine sorrow, if you'll listen in the spirit, you will hear "footsteps" and "keys" drawing closer to the valley of despair, where you've been held captive, and if you'll listen even closer, you'll hear the Lord say "CASE DISMISSED, AND GO IN PEACE"!
