In Luke Chapter 5 we learn the following invaluable lessons!
As fishers of men if we keep casting our nets in the shallow waters we will end up having a bunch of shallow men around our mandate! The jokers, the carnal and fleshy those who may never discern the depth of God's mandate over our lives.
Peter's dilemma was not the technique of fishing, the man was an experienced fisherman but the PLACE where he was fishing! The shallow waters. He was there for an entire night and caught nothing! How long you wait on the God in the wrong spot doesnt move Him! He is moved by His PURPOSE!.
Ministers say i have been in this thing for long but the question is does the time and the labour align with the FRUIT!
If you want to see the results you are dying to see i challenge you to move out of the Shallow waters, If you want to experience Him in HIS fullness i dare you to launch out into the deep. There is no excuse for mediocrityin the Kingdom!
The issue may not be your preaching style, eloquent or not, or ministry style. When Jesus found peter there are two things he did not change 1. The Net [ Word] he had. It was fitting, God does not make mistakes
2. The Boat[Church, ministry] It may not be your church, how beautiful or set
He was keen on the waters he was fishing in.
Many a preacher are FRUSTRATED and on the verge of washing their nets because they have nothing to show for the labours that come with ministry involvement, but the Lord is saying to you CHANGE YOUR FISHING WATERS AND YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR MINISTRY RESULTS!
A Net breaking, boat sinking blessing awaits you, DONT QUIT!! THAT DEVIL IS A LIAR.
