Psalm 139:13-14} For you created my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Ephesians 1:3-5} Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ.

I wonder how many of us are really grasping the reality of who we are in Christ? Many of us are not because we have not become effective in many areas that we should be. Either that or we don't believe God's word or spend enough time soaking ourselves in it. We need to remember that Satan does not want us to get a revelation of who we are. The fact is that he is greatly threatened by us and the position God has given us. Satan is a hoarder and filled with selfish pride. His one concern is to enhance his position in the universe. He is very jealous of us and will do everything possible to cloud our vision of who we are, separate us from the Body of Christ and then come in for the kill.

More and more these days God has been putting in my spirit to be very aggressive with His Word. To realize who I am in Him and to use the power that is within me. Same goes for all of his children. We need to develop great boldness and courage and defeat the enemy at every turn with great faith. That means standing on the Word of God and His promises no matter what or who the devil uses to discourage us. We are not only God's children, we are made in His image. Really meditate on that for a moment. So when Satan looks at us, He sees Jesus! We should not be fearful of him, he should be fearful of us. Why? Because the Lord has given us all the ammunition we need to defeat Him at every turn. And according to today's Scriptures God has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing. That means everything we need to be overcomers and victors!

We are members of God's family. So we inherit every single promise in His book. We have a covenant and intimate relationship right now with our God. This makes Satan very angry and he has pulled out all the stops to get to us and keep us down. He will do everything he can to keep us so busy that we have no time to spend with God. Yet, seven times we may fall, but God will rise us up every single time. And when we do rise up, we will be stronger still. Remember, however, this depends on our attitudes towards God and the situations that arise. We cannot please God without faith. This is a walk of faith. Satan sends out his demons to spy us out and try to figure what our weaknesses are. It's time we give him none! Satan wants to cripple our abilities, our image and likeness of God and our self-image. Satan attacks every area of our lives through human relationships, especially between family members, but also any close relationship we have is very vulnerable.

We need to remind ourselves that every time we give up on something or someone we are giving victory into our enemy's hands. We stop going to church and being in the corporate anointing, Satan has victory. We stop reading and studying the Word, Satan has victory. We stop working on our relationship with God, Satan has victory. We get into backbiting, gossip, tearing down, any division of any kind and Satan has victory. It's time to get aggressive, realize who we are, and start to give praise and thanksgiving to God, He deserves it! Remember the suffering He did for us on that cross. We need to follow that example of laying down our lives for Him. Realize who you are in Christ and the power within you....you have the whole Godhead within you! You have been chosen exclusively by God, made in His image, redeemed by His passionate love for you, and adopted and treasured as His child. All of His riches and power are yours. Remind yourself that you are blameless in God's sight! Also remind yourself of today's Scripture, meditate on it, you have been given EVERY spiritual blessing. We already have the victories, now let's praise God for them as never before, no matter what! God bless you. I love you, but Jesus loves you so much more than I ever could.
