The Ebenezer Universal Outreach Ministry was founded in the last millennium. Over the years we have grown exponentially and today we have over 136 churches. These churches are in the following nations: Kenya (our headquarter), Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Sudan
The impact of our churches has been outstanding to the glory of God. These churches have been planted by our very own sons and daughters in the faith. We won them to the Lord, discipled them, trained them for ministry and ordained them onto service. Finally we sent them to the various places where we felt God was leading us to open new Churches. The growth that we have experienced would, to a great – extent, be attributed to the visionary leadership of our Bishop and Overseer, Pastor Wanjala and also the dedicatory commitment of our branches’ Pastors in the nations. Similarly, all our members are greatly involved through the various departments of our Churches. Trained and mentored through the word of God, they have come to know the will of God for their lives and live a purpose – driven life.
In an effort to be faithful and fruitful in the ministry, we are endeavoring to give birth to a new model of cell groups for teaching and equipping the saints in the ministry. The primary idea of the groups ministry is that growth is spontaneous more so through personal relationships. Evangelistic yield is enhanced when people come to know one another and interact in the study of Gods word. This way we build strong families and inter- personal relationships. Many disciples become members boosting church growth.
The strategies we employ in our ministry approach include making prayer the key foundation of all we do; evangelizing the lost in the communities and nations; raising and equipping leaders to reach the world with the gospel of the kingdom and to unify other pastors and leaders in various denominations for the expansion of God’s kingdom.
MISSION STATEMENT
To instill a passion for God in our members by edifying them through the word of faith to equipment them for service unto God with a deep compassion for the people, so as to evangelize the lost and plant more churches.
VISION STATEMENT
To win and disciple men and women into leadership, with a passion for God and deep compassion for the people.

1. Children’s Home
This is to cater to the children who are HIV positive. There are many homeless children in Kenya. The HIV/AIDS crisis is fast assuming extra ordinary proportions never seen in human history. Virtually no country in the world and no segment of the population remain unaffected by the epidemic. Like many African nations, Kenya is affected by the HIV/AIDS plight today. Kenya is rated number four worldwide among the most affected by the HIV/AIDS scourge. Millions of people have died, with millions more still living with HIV/AIDS. Unfortunately, HIV/AIDS is expanding relentlessly, destroying people lives and in many cases seriously dismantling families, communities, economies and societies.
The rate of new infections is alarming. Particularly vulnerable to infections are young girls, individuals in HIV discordant relationships, commercial sex workers (CSW) and their clients, migrant workers and drug users.
We as a church are committed to helping and reaching the communities affected. We have opened two orphanages and take care of the orphans by educating, feeding, clothing, medicating and teaching them to know Jesus as savior in their lives, and therefore with the slum people of Kenya. The church is also committed to both the infected and affected persons and we also are committed to laying out strategies that will reduce the number of new infection. As the church, we have seen that God loves the world, including those with AIDS and that he has given two commands; to love the Lord with our whole being and love our neighbors (Luke 10:27). We need to show God’s love in practical ways to such people including those living with HIV/AIDS. We have a vision of reaching out and doing more but due to economic strains we are unable to do much.
We have opened four clinics in Kenya to help those who cannot afford paying medical bills. We are operating these clinics in the poor areas where people cannot afford the medical care on their own; undergo challenges when it comes to this area. We’ve doctors, nurses and pharmacists who can work and volunteers to fulfill this great vision to heal the people in the villages and slums of Kenya. Non-employment means these people cannot afford to take care of the bodies when they are sick
