Good Morning World! Feelings lie. Knowing tells the truth. We may not feel as if we can make it but we know that we can so we do. We may not feel strong but we know that we are, so we go on. We may not feel like we care but we know that we do so we give again. We not feel God's love, but we know that He does so we believe. Walking in what we know will keep us when our feelings say otherwise. What do you know? Enjoy!

Quote of the Day: Where sanity isthere God is.D.H. LAWRENCE

No God, no peace. Know God, know peace. ~Author Unknown

And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Deuteronomy 6:5

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; Deuteronomy 7:9

And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. Luke 10:27

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:39

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6

Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. Hosea 4:1

For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. Malachi 3:6

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Numbers 23:19

Count "Three Days to the Omer" Tonight Less Tomorrow is the third day of the Omer Count. Since, on the Jewish calendar, the day begins at nightfall of the previous evening, we count the omer for tomorrow's date tonight, after nightfall: "Today is three days to the Omer." (If you miss the count tonight, you can count the omer all day tomorrow, but without the preceding blessing).
The 49-day "Counting of the Omer" retraces our ancestors' seven-week spiritual journey from the Exodus to Sinai. Each evening we recite a special blessing and count the days and weeks that have passed since the Omer; the 50th day is Shavuot, the festival celebrating the Giving of the Torah at Sinai.

If we understand the agreement between the Old Testament and New Testament we can appreciate the Season of Pentecost. For the Jews it will represent the season that commemorates when the Law was given at Mt. Sinai. For Christians it is the season that commemorates when the Holy Spirit was sent to earth and received by Men, the event that marked the beginning of the Church. It is also known as the Feast of Weeks, First Fruits and the Wheat Harvest. This is how we understand that the law is not abandoned but fulfilled by Jesus restored to us in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. We are thereby endued with power to live above sin as Jesus did because of His sacrifice, to suggest otherwise is like crucifying Him all over again, its disrespectful to Him.
