Verily, Verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone, but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. How many are willing to die to self and be buried? How many are willing to sacrifice self so others can reap the benefits? Are we self willed or are we about the Father's will? Jesus knew that he had to die and be buried in order to save us from our sins and give eternal life. What happened, I believe on the day of Jesus death and burial is the flesh was defeated once and for all. When the physical flesh died, the desires went with it. So to me it was a complete representation and fullfillment of the "Death of the Flesh" Death is final, a complete end. When we die to self, it is then when we can serve God in a way that pleases him. We are saying no to the flesh and yes to the Father. Understanding the ressurecting Christ to me says this, "we have benefits" When Jesus was buried, I look at it as a seed that was planted in the ground. When manisfested it brought forth a flower. It went in the ground a seed but came out a flower. It was something different when Jesus got up out of the ground. A change had happened. Jesus rose with all power, and he had a new glorified body. What was different is the flesh that went in the grave was not the flesh that came out. Now the glorified body that Jesus received didn't feel hunger, pain, or thirst that the flesh did. There was no more suffering in the flesh. Now when we are born again believers and we die to self, we become new creatures, therefore gaining access into the Master's plans. Now Jesus is perfecting his work in us the believer who have sacrifice self to do the will of Him. We have to sacrifice some things in order to be used by God, meaning it can't be "what about me? Because it is not about me or I, but about Him. Me and I don't benefit the Kingdom of God. Flesh don't inherit the Kingdom of God. It has no place but in the dust where it belongs. If you die now you want have to worry about dying later. Serving God is a call and a duty. Relationships are damage because too many are afraid to get in the dirt. So I say this day "Get in the Dirt" .Don't be afraid to be buried a seed and coming out a flower. It is a process!
