"Go To the River"
Poetic Scribe Sandra Dukes

Go To the River

And after you have climbed down from the mountain

Leaving your repentance; gathering forgiveness

At My Feet

Go To the River

Where you will find what you seek

You’ve ran from the flood still in search of what you sought

Victory! No Fears! No Wrought!

Go To the River

Wade your cares there

Submerge in the baptismal anointing

Emerge a created new thing

Full of God’s Glory and Wonder

Now empowered to spread your wings

Go To the River

The word in me is the God in me

Ezekiel 47:7-10

7 When I arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each side of the river. 8 He said to me, "This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, a]'>[a] where it enters the Sea. b]'>[b] When it empties into the Sea, c]'>[c] the water there becomes fresh. 9 Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live. 10 Fishermen will stand along the shore; from En Gedi to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading nets. The fish will be of many kinds—like the fish of the Great Sea. d]'>[d]

Bless God! What I find so beautiful is that Monday morning when I awoke the words to "Go to the River " were in my spirit . ! I had heard them during Sunday morning manna with Apostle Adrienne; then again Monday night prayer and teaching service with Apostles Marc and Hundley. The dream late Sunday night or early Monday morning evolved into a type of vision I had never experienced before, I was there at “Jesus' Feet” . It was so vividly clear, I was right there –the most real thing of all things I have ever saw! The vision of Jesus’ Feet is still profoundly impregnated in my mind. Sisters and Brothers the vision was so …? I touched only a single, small, raveled thread from the hem of our Lord's robe ( my fingers still have the remembrance, sensation of the touch) - but it was enough, Hallelujah it was enough! Every sense, nerve, fiber of my body is still in awe and a feeling I cannot explain. Hallelujah! Glory to God .
