I have learnt to have some quality me time .As a female Senior Pastor, business owners, mother and widow who has been in Church all of my life , I have learnt to balance life and to live and not exsist. I had to take the word of God and learn this. Jesus died and we did not have to die or become sick or live from day to day defeated and burnt out. I love God, I pray fast read and study the word of God, try to live holy and celebant but I have a balance and enjoy the earth the Lord created with our sining. I learnt this late but thank God, I learnt it. Any comments, lets talk .Men we welcome your thoughts as well as ladies.

I have always celebrated myself and others. My womens conferences have always been at resorts. We swim, play ball, got massages etc. Its called living! I love the LORD with all my heart dont mean I cant love me and enjoy life. I often tell the women of God when you loose yourself after giving yourself to others you loose in life!
God desires us to win without sin. Its ok to take care of yourself and have balance in ourselves. Its a wonderful life in Jesus! I've Learned as well!
