HE STILL WALKS ON THE WATERS
My child invite Me to get in the boat with you and calm
your storm! My disciples and I were in Galilee and they got tired of waiting for Me at the shore so they got in the boat as night fell to go to Capernaum. It was about six to eight miles to get across Lake Galilee and it was familiar territory to them. They set out on the east side of the lake about 6:00 p.m. in the evening to go to the west side of the lake - when suddenly a storm came and made it difficult to get across the lake. They rowed until 3:00 a.m. and were only half way across the lake. Can you imagine how exhausted they were from rowing in a storm for nine hours and they were only half way to their destination? Unexpectedly they looked up and saw Me walking on the water toward them. In the middle of the storm and the middle of the lake I stepped on board the boat with them. Immediately the storm was calmed and the boat landed at their destination! When I show up immediately things will change! Are you tired and frustrated with your present situation? Have you ever felt like giving up? You know you need help! Perhaps it seems like you have been working hard for a long time toward the vision I have deposited in you and you are still a long way off. Stop right now in the midst of your storm and hard work and ask Me to come on board! Nothing is too hard for Me! I will calm your storm and get you to your destination far quicker than you can imagine!

That evening Jesus disciples went down to the shore to wait for him. But as darkness fell and Jesus still hadn't come back, they got into the boat and headed across the lake toward Capernaum. Soon a gale swept down upon them, and the sea grew very rough. They had rowed three or four miles when suddenly they saw Jesus walking on the water toward the boat. They were terrified, but he called out to them, 'don't be afraid. I am here.' Then they were eager to let him in the boat, and immediately they arrived at their destination!
