Anyone out there who has ideas for possible masters dissertation topics in the field of training and human resource management, please send me possible areas of research.

I am a full time MBA student and have only 3 months to finish my master dissertation, while continuing to work part time.

In addition to time restrictions, I am also constrained by a lack of contacts in the HRM field as I am working in another industry, as well as financial limitations. So it is getting harder and harder for me to complete my master degree dissertation.

If anyone has ANY suggestions for masters dissertation writing, PLEASE write in with them as I am DESPERATE to come up with a topic ASAP.
