Brothers and sisters in Christ,

Is there a sin that is any worse than another?

The answer is no!

Because Sin is always death:

“ For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”.

Romans 6:23

There is no differentiation here. If you sin (whatever sin) you will die.

Indeed, our Lord said:

“For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son - both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die”.

Ezekiel 18:4

Here again, there no differentiation.

However, we must acknowledge the fact that “all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven”

Indeed, our Lord Jesus Christ said:

“I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin." He said this because they were saying, "He has an evil spirit."

Mark 3:28-30

Here, if we consider the condemnation, then we can say that blasphemies against the Holy Spirit are worse than all the sins and blasphemies of men against men, even against the Man Christ Jesus.

Because the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is an eternal sin.
