IT IS TIME

Yesterday ~ I posted "HE must increase but I must decrease" (John 3:30) on my personal site and received 58 'likes' and 15 comments. I whispered to JESUS "What is this?"
HE replied "It is Time"
Beloved ~ We are in a "HIGH TIME". The time of the LORD when The HEAVENS are open wide to hear the prayers of the Beloved of GOD. It is a time of Spiritual LIGHT! A Time when we are able to 'see' and 'hear' more clearly than ever. In a time of LIGHT, we are in a time to judge and be judged so that we may become prepared for the Glory of The LORD to Fall in a mighty way!
Romans 13:11-14 describes it as a Time to put on The LORD JESUS CHRIST and make NO provision for the flesh. My paraphrase is a "Time to 'get real' with GOD"! Simply put ~ our flesh gets in the way and it must be brought into FULL submission to the LORDSHIP of JESUS! Judging by the response to this scripture, we are ALL hungry for this Time. We want to 'decrease' so that HE may 'increase' in us!
JESUS said "Whatever we ask in HIS name will be granted". Therefore this is a really good time to take our flesh to the altar and ask GOD to "put it away". We can see in the corners where pride and prejudices lurk ~ down to the roots of bitterness, unforgiveness, condemnation, and pretenses under the rug. HE will shine HIS Light on the rejection, shame, neglect, and betrayal we have tucked away in our drawers. We can hear the thoughts that run through our mind clearly. The Truth is seen and Heard! The light is shinning! Are we listening and looking?
I know that GOD will do whatever I ask according to HIS LIVING WORD! It is according to HIS LIVING WORD that I GET REAL with HIM! He is happy to do the work if I will give it up to HIM! HE is standing ready to pour the Cleansing, Purifying Healing BLOOD of JESUS into the crevices of woundedness in the soils of our souls ~ where we have allowed scabbing over and built walls of self-protectiveness. HE is ready to pour the BLOOD into our minds and wash away the thought patterns that are a result of this woundedness and self-protectiveness that seperate us from HIM. HE is ready to POUR the PRECIOUS BLOOD OF HIS SON into our hearts and revive them ~ fill the holes and tares.
I confess that I want to go the simplest, straightest way to the goal. I have learned in my walk with the LORD that it is not always the most comfortable ~ but I would rather keep it short ~ even if it is a little messy! So I have been taking a whole lot to the altar. HE has helped me to leave it there. I have been facing the reality of my flesh as well as the flesh of those around me. It is painful. No way out of that. There are some people that do not like my direct ways. There are some people who do not think I hear from GOD. There are some people who think I'm nuts. I had wanted some of those people to care. Many of them are in the Church. Many are in my family. The only one who knows me and where I have been is JESUS! HE understands. HE knows I hear from HIM.
What difference is it that others do not! "Weeping may endure for a night but Joy comes in the Morning"! Let us call it what it is. The only one who is going to live up to my hopes and dreams is JESUS! Everyone else is going to let me down at sometime in someway!
I have decided that I choose to BE wholly surrendered to HIM in everything I think, say and do! I have said "LORD bend me ~ shake me ~ anyway you want me ~ As long as my reward is to BE with YOU I am willing! I want to BE a nursing babe under your wing who comes out in YOUR power when YOU so desire! Nothing else matters. Judging by the number of people who responded to the scripture I posted John 3:30 ~
"HE Must Increase But I must Decrease" ~ It would appear that I am NOT alone in my desire to BE free IN JESUS! Free of ME forevermore! Abundant Life, Joy unspeakable, All consuming Fir of GOD's Love. Yes I still love deeply. I am just depending on HIM more and more. I am grateful for the blessings in my life. But Its HIM I can not live without!
