Kingdom Engagement Produces Transformational Leaders

Kingdom Engagement is very necessary and it always have been necessary for the fulfillment of Christ kingdom purposes as we nurture, lead and direct generations to their Canaan Land. We are witness fivefold leaders who are doing everything in their power to avoid kingdom engagement – we must understand our ultimate mission is to release Christ’s kingdom reign and government in the earth and make a people ready for the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Luke 1:17 puts in this illumination, “He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” These emerging leaderships are renewed with kingdom thoughts and implement strategic patterns that have the earmarks of the kingdom of God. The kingdom dimension must come in line with the word principles from Genesis to Revelation – many in our day are declaring their administration and message is a reflection of the kingdom however it does not agree with the word of God. The kingdom message, missions and government designed of the Godhead will always come in absolute agreement with the word of God and that’s the bottom line. As we implement our mission or perhaps divine assignment in the assemblies God has gracious given us to impart His kingly vision into and challenge them to embrace His majesty vision through their bearing arms with us as achieve our prophetic assignment and demonstrate effectiveness in leadership – it will require us draw spiritual resources from heaven and live by God’s grace, break limitations of our own inadequacies and weaknesses.

In Numbers 14th Chapter, Moses demonstrated the effectiveness of relying on Christ’s holy stamina and inquiring of His divine empowerment abilities in a time of stress, services and during time I believe Moses was ready to severe his missions.

Numbers 11:10-17 put it in this illumination:
Moses heard the whining, all those families whining in front of their tents. God's anger blazed up. Moses saw that things were in a bad way. Moses said to God, "Why are you treating me this way? What did I ever do to you to deserve this? Did I conceive them? Was I their mother? So why dump the responsibility of this people on me? Why tell me to carry them around like a nursing mother, carry them all the way to the land you promised to their ancestors? Where am I supposed to get meat for all these people who are whining to me, 'Give us meat; we want meat.' I can't do this by myself—it's too much, all these people. If this is how you intend to treat me, do me a favor and kill me. I've seen enough; I've had enough. Let me out of here. God said to Moses, "Gather together seventy men from among the leaders of Israel, men whom you know to be respected and responsible. Take them to the Tent of Meeting. I'll meet you there. I'll come down and speak with you. I'll take some of the Spirit that is on you and place it on them; they'll then be able to take some of the load of this people—you won't have to carry the whole thing alone”.

Sometimes it seems "leadership" is just not all it's cracked up to be. Just ask Moses. He was so overwhelmed by the task of leading the whining, complaining bunch of Israelites through the wilderness that he in turn complained to God. "I cannot carry all these people by myself, because the burden is too heavy for me" (Ex. 11:14). Be mindful it was approximately one million people and great portion where first-class complainers with a jackal natural. Ultimately, Moses was so fed up that he would rather have God kill him on the spot than require him to continue as leader over all the weeping, murmuring complainers.

Leadership can seem a wearisome, thankless calling. Conflicts can easily arise over leadership styles. Like Moses, we may be legitimately called into our positions of leadership, but find that "followers" don’t always follow! God had called Moses to lead the exodus of the Israelites from their slavery in Egypt. God adequately provided for their needs and guided their travel in an unfamiliar land. But the people became bored with the provision of manna, demanding the meat and garnishes available back in Egypt. They were losing the vision of the Promised Land. They wanted meat, and they wanted it now! Their ingratitude and cravings were nothing less than rejection of Moses' leadership and God's provisions.
Moses was ready to throw in the towel. He emphatically informed God that these jackals, rebelling folks were God’s problem. Agony set in a leader’s heart when he or she view it as their problem and not consult the Lord for direction.

Leaders today are vulnerable to reacting as Moses did when those under their leadership begin to murmur. "Why did I take this position? Why can’t these people understand the vision? Why are they so resistant to change? Am I really the person for this job? I can't do this alone!" Or even, "God, here I am serving you. Why did you bring all this conflict on me? What do I listen to—the expectations of these people or the expectations of God?"

God told Moses, "Bring me seventy elders of Israel who are known to you as leaders." Our loving Father is now introducing Moses to the law of delegation and showing him how it works as well. God promised to take the spirit which was upon Moses and put it upon the elders. These chosen men would bear the burden of the people with Moses; Moses was not to bear it alone. Many fivefold leaders in our day have been aiming to fulfill their kingdom services as senior leaders with operating the law of delegation – in this end-time we must take initiatives and implement the transformational leader strategies to successful build the word empowerment centers God is establishing and advancing in the end-time hour.

There is a paradigm shift in the earth at this present hour and it will continue move forth in great multitude of advancement and enlargement. Here is the reason for paradigm shifts in leadership:

We have not walked this way before. There are events and challenges coming and some have already occurred in the earth and we must inquire of Adonai (the Lord) for wisdom strategies as we usher the generation into sphere where the glory of the Lord is active.

The heat of the battle is intensifying. We must be mindset demonic on slaughter on the service and those who are assigned to the serve in the Lord’s vineyards. Just as the Lord gave the pioneers before us, divine insight and strategies to bring the effectiveness of Christ’s reign in the earth and ignite a readiness plan that’s effective.

The wave of deception, manipulation and witchcraft has already infiltrated the church’s life and government. You see, resisters are not allowing the church to move into the prophetic and apostolic dimensions where God is releasing and restoring today.

The time we are living in is a specific time of separation, and judgment. There is a separation of systems – the world system is being replaced with the kingdom government system.

Psalms 19:14 says, “May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer”.

We must transform our motivation and intentions because it reveals our leadership character. You see, there is only two dimensions of leader’s:

1. Self-serving leaders
2. Servant Leaders

Self-serving leaders spend most of their time protecting and building empires for their status and bring gain to themselves via building foundations will support and advance Christ’s kingdom government in the earth. Servant leader look at leadership as an act of service; they embrace and welcome feedback as a source of useful information on how they can enhance their kingdom serve and service. Self-serving leaders who are addicted to power, recognition and who are afraid to loss of position are not likely to spend any time or effort in training next generation of leadership to continue the work and do it effectively. This is actually what Moses did with Joshua and upon the time – Moses was equipping and empowering Joshua to carry the baton to new levels and release the kingdom as he implement a new breed of apostolic leadership.

Servant leadership begins with a clear and compelling vision of the future that excites passion in the leader and commitment to those who follows. An effective vision has three parts:

1. YOUR PURPOSE MISSION

a. Jesus Mission – He called the disciples not to just become fisherman, but to a greater purpose – to become fishers of men. Matthew 4:19 brings it in this illumination, “They were fishing, throwing their nets into the lake. It was their regular work. Jesus said to them, "Come with me. I'll make a new kind of fisherman out of you. I'll show you how to catch men and women instead of perch and bass”.

b. Be mindful, a clear purpose or mission provides direction – too often fivefold senior leaders expects the people to move in a sphere without providing effectiveness in coaching them or perhaps providing direction for them to go

2. YOUR PREFERRED PICTURE OF THE FUTURE

a. Identify your image presently and where you desire it to be in the future. Does your image reflect Jesus’ image for church leadership?

b. Be mindful, Jesus charged His disciples to “go make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit”, Matthew 28:19. This commissioning is to build empowerment centers and empower people who will become extraordinary kingdom builders.

3. YOUR VALUE

a. What do you stand for? How do you want people to behave? What impression you what to reveal on the visitors in your assembly? Every organization have a standard or perhaps image they want to release to their clients. The key value in any business will reflect their authentic value and commitment. We are apart of a family business and our value/commitment should reveal Christ’s intents, purpose and unlock His divine provisions.

No organization will rise above the passion of the leader. As a leader leads the people will follow.
