The Pharisees continued a battle against Jesus with their traditions and religious tantrums and fits. The Lord declared unto the multitude and disciples in Matthew 23 the entire chapter but more specifically vs 1-4. It declares expressedly:

1The spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,

2Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat;

3All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works; for they say, and do not.

4For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to borne, and lay them on men's shoulder; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers....

Men and women of the faith are to be servants to the people of God...exhorting one another with brotherly love...Discerning with clarity and the spirit of truth what is rightfully so for the enhancement of the kingdom of God and not tearing one another down. I can see that one tactic that has overcome and taken lordship in many of leaders in the body of Christ is unforgiveness and the traditions of men...from the old testatment to the new testament the Lord blatenly commands us to love one another as we love ourselves.

From Leviticus 19:18 to John 15:9 and so many more The Lord emphasizes the importance of loving everyone. No Matter what...so what makes us different from Jesus that we can't find it in us to love one another? The Lord spake in Luke 6:37 to forgive and you shall be forgiven. Unforgiveness is the most powerful tool the enemy can cause us to miss the mark. Jesus commanded His disciples that no matter how many times a brother transgresses against you if he repents to you, you must forgive...No matter what the act was, No matter how it may have offended you, If you are truly a witness to Christ love, mercy, and grace being extended to you and prevelantly operating in your life, forgiveness and longsuffering will be a fruit you will bear because the Father most importantly forgave us of our iniquitous ways. Still sent His Son to die for the sins of the world knowing the evil that would be committed by His creations.

Forsake anything that would cause you to be blind in the spirit concerning the people of God and walking in brotherly love towards all men. The only person that isn't afforded the opportunity of Salvation, forgiveness, and so much more is Satan. Jesus didn't die for the devil to have salvation. Salvation is for the creation of God-mankind.

No Matter what walk in love and take heed lest you fall...The Lord spoke about many that will not enter into the gates of heaven. He wasn't just referring to the unrighteous and sinners, He was also referring to the ones who didn't practice what they preached. Matthew 7 is a powerful chapter but more specifically vs 21:

It declares:

21Not everyone that saith unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven

22Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? and in Thy name have cast out devils? and in Thy name done many wonderful works?

23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Vs 22 shows that these were individuals that were active in ministry and sheds light on the fact that gifts and callings are with out repentance..yet the commands, statues and ordinances of the Lord are to be held at high standard for the instrument as well.

I truly love my brothers and sisters in Christ and know that if you have the blood of Jesus in your DNA, truly have decided to follow Him, you are to continue working that which is good and love everyone regardless. Always remember the word declares "There is a way that SEEMETH right unto man but the end thereof is destruction". Saul thought he was doing the will of God even though he was killing the people of God. Be careful that you are not killing with the tongue. The book of James speaks about that. Love one another especially if they are in the body,,,pray fervently for one another. Forgive one another as Jesus Christ has done for us.
