Obedience is the way

We must be obedient to will of God for our lives. There are so many disastrous things that are happening to us (God's children) , because of disobedience. 2Chronicles 7:14 tells us what we must do in order to experience God's forgiveness and healing power. The non-believer's (the world) will experience these disasters because of their refusal to except Christ in their life, but those of us who have excepted Him should live in His divine protection by being obedient. When God's anger is kindled, it is kindled because of His children (1Peter 4:17), those who carry His name. All belong to God, but all have not excepted Him, and His plan. So, those who have excepted Him and His plan, He wants to use to win those who haven't. But what happens when the ones who know the will of God refuse to do His will? Instead follow their own will and desires, it provokes Him to anger. Jonah chapter 1-2 shows us how the disobedience of one could cause disaster for not just themselves, but for so many others. The men that were on the boat with Jonah lost so much because of Jonah's disobedience, and he almost robbed a city of their opportunity to repent and be forgiven by God.
So, it doesn't matter what the issue is for why we feel we can't do what God requires of us, the fact and truth remains, obedience is the only way. If we want to be in God's divine protection, then we must be obedient to His will for our lives.
