Second Chance Refuge Ministries, Inc., who was founded by Apostle Janice Caslin in 1991, is a non-profit organization that provides shelter for men who needs a place to live to adequately get off of drugs & alcohol. Second Change Refuge Ministries also provides a Halfway House for Parole & Probation Offenders that have no place to parole. Second Chance Refuge Ministries is currently housing thirty-three (33) men with more scheduled to come due to no place to live. Second Chance Refuge Ministries doesn’t receive any funding although several attempts have been made to register for funding through local, county, state, or federal entities, but no assistance provided. The time is now that Second Chance Refuge Ministries need your help to continue serving our communities as well as surrounding communities.
