PRAISE REPORT: "Forsake All and Follow Him" Kingdom Brunch Show

Message of Apology from a Kingdom Brunch Viewer 03.24.10: Forsaking all.

AvaGabrielle, I would like to appologise for my comment on your video (attached here) a few weeks ago. I have to explain that I was raised a Jehovah's Witness and after leaving it many years ago, I see how they used that very sermon to milk the members of more money and devotion for itself. I did not mean to come accross as judging you in this way but there are still some things I was taught over those years that push the wrong buttons in my mind. So I hope you will accept my appoligy for being rude. It was not meant personally.

My Response: There is absolutely no offense taken. Please just know that I understand the gravity of my words and the potential effect that they may have on those to whom I am speaking. I don't take a single Word lightly. I do my absolute best each day to live the words that speak on those programs. When I do a show, usually its after I have been in prayer with the Lord about something about which have been seeking Him in my own life. Once I study the Word thoroughly on that matter, only then will I shoot a show and share with someone else what I have heard for myself. I believe that we have to to do our best each day to live what we say if we are going to tell someone about this Gospel.

Just this morning, I had a long conversation with the Lord and said, "God I know that I can no longer straddle this fence between working to advance Your Kingdom to reach the world and working in the world's system to sustain myself. I must answer the call on my life completely, partially letting go isn't really letting go. Yet, I know your voice and another I will not follow."

So, it's amazing that you would send this message today because this morning I wrote on my calendar that I have officially let go of my secular work to embrace the work of the Kingdom. I'm not sure what that means, but I know that He said in His Word that no one can give up anything for Him that we do not receive again one-hundred fold in this life, but more importantly in the life to come. He also said, however that He was well aware that the cost is great, that no one builds an tower unless he first count the cost to see if he can finish what he started. It can only be done by faith, because when if you look at the road ahead to depend upon a Kingdom that you cannot see with your natural eyes or a King that you only know in your heart, you will faint.

I only share this with you so that you understand that it is my heart's desire to live what I speak. I pray that you would continue to seek Him for yourself, it's obvious that He's speaking to you...listen to Him.

With love by Christ Jesus,

Ava Gabrielle
