Beloveds, we should always take time out of a 24 hour day to do three things, have a morning devotion, a noon day meditation and at the end of our evening before going to bed a time for "REFLECTION" on our day. We need to ask ourselves, did I give God his praise, did I help or encourage somebody, and lastly did I do in Romans 12:1, "my reasonable service..." Reasonable service does not mean the least we can do but a Godly Standard of righteousness.
I must be truthful many times I fail to meet the standard that our Savior established for us.

I get caught up in the me-isms of my own world and only look at those who I need to deal with for that moment in time. I can't speak for others but I am challenging myself, "self, look for someone to help, self, look for someone to encourage, and self look for someone and tell them how good God is."

I recently learn that when we rest on the sabath day, that it also means to reflect and look upon what God has done, not for you, but through you. We should be not be filled with pride over this, that God used us in some way to get his Glory. We need to stop hiding behind our titles and letters behind our names and bow down before the Lord and say thank you for using me. By doing this we can be fully recharged and cast those hinderances on the floor before the altar and rise up to boldly saying, "LORD HERE I AM SEND ME..."

"Just a thought from a nobody, who wants to encourage everybody, about somebody, who loves everybody."
Do I smell a PRAISE UP IN HERE!!! Min. Ron R.

I REMEMBER THE SONG THAT SAY'S IT IS NOT ABOUT US BUT ABOUT JESUS....MANY TIMES WE MAY SEE SOMEONE IN NEED AND THE devil WOULD TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO TURN YOUR HEAD BUT,WE MUST BE OBEDIENT TO THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE WORD OF GOD.AS GOOD SAMARITAINS.
