In every believers life there have been times when you have felt like you were not fitting in on the outside looking in or you just did not want to do what it took to fit the click. Relationships are seemingly broken in your family and among friends you almost feel disconnected . The Lord has a Revelation in your Separation!

Deuteronomy 8:2-3 2. And you shall [earnestly] remember all the way which the Lord your God led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and to prove you, to know what was in you [mind and ] heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. 3. And He humbled you and allowed you to hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you recognize and personally know that man does not live by bread only, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord.

God will remove us form the routine of life, and separate us for others, so that he can spend divine time with us. Without God taking this time with us it would be easy for us to shift directions and move away form his presences. We would drift in our lives preoccupied and distracted by the cares of this world and never pursue the destiny and purpose He created us for. The separation places are very uncomfortable and dry. We often resist them and conclude the God must be punishing us, when in reality He is preparing us through separation. It is in these dry places, where no one else can help us(including ourselves), that we discover that God is our source, our healer and protector, We discover that our true source is not our jobs, our families, our education or money –BUT GOD ALONE! Revelation from God requires quality time with him. We don’t always voluntarily make this time so he will involuntarily take this time for Himself

Divine Separation Is an Indication of Divine Designation.

If it seems like everyone and everything that you’ve looked to for support is gone-it is not a coincidence but rather divine providence. It may be an indication that God is readying you for a transition in your spiritual life or physical life. Many great men and women of God have experienced the greatest moves of God in our times came after a time of separation. Even in Biblical history we find the Abraham, the one whom God separated form his family to give him and his descendents a Promised Land. Joseph, the one who was forcibly removed from his father’s house ( of which he was the least of 12 brothers) so that he could become the second most powerful man in the world. Ask Moses, the one whom God separated for Egypt and prepared in the desert for 40 years to deliver his people from slavery. Paul was separated for the Pharisees to become the Greatest Apostle and writer of the New Testament. Separation is an indication that you are called and that God has a divine destination for your life and is preparing you to be fully equipped to handle the adversities that will come when you walk out the purposes of God in you life. Just remember your present day situation where you may feel separated in not the end or your Divine Destination.
