The Blessings of Deut 28 are Dependent on your "Keeping ALL of HIS Commandments"

Deut 28:1

And it shall come to pass,

if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do *ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS*

which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.

Too many preachers teach from this chapter and conveniently omit that recieving these Blessings from God. are contingent on your obedience to His commandments---the commandments which these same pastors erroneously teach, have been "nailed to the cross". Such obviously faulty hermeneutics......

Always remember to "Prove all things, hold fast to that which is good."

It was not the law that didn't work, it was because of the rebellious, sinful nature of men, without the Holy Spirit
that the law was so difficult to keep.

If your view is correct, why do we find in the Book of Hebrews 8, in the New Covenant, that the 'LAW' /TORAH, will be written on the heart?

Hebrews 8:8- 10

For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put MY LAWS into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

My Sister, please tell me why God would try put His laws in your heart if it were not possible for you to keep them? Isn't that what the Holy Spirit you have is for?

Jesus said, If you love me KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS.

Jesus also, by example kept ALL OF HIS FATHER'S COMMANDMENTS. Shouldn't we, as his disciples, do likewise?

Rev. 22:14 states:

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

WE CANT KEEP ALL THOSE COMMANDMENTS THATS WHY THE LAW DIDN'T WORK.
