The Father, The Day- The Protocol

The week and the year 2009 has brought about another opportunity for us to share God's expectation on how we are to live. Now here we are in the week of " Fathers Day" ....Would it be so nice if we could change the structure of that slogan to " The Father , the Day" as opposed to Father's Day. It would change the entire atmosphere of what we are expecting on that day, that week, that month!Our heavenily Father set a foundation and a guide line of how we are to live. He also set an expectation on how we are to treat, honor , love and respect mankind. Some how , we have let the cares of the world slip into our lives.
This year lets not make excuses on why we can not show love, honor and respect to our fathers...Its never about us and the past or the forgotten gift from 20 yrs ago. (smile ) Its about God so loved us to start the foundation of how we are to love one another.

It is my prayer on this week and weekend that we hold onto " The Proper Protocol for the Palace " (thats God's kingdom ) and show Man..( whether that be father, son, husband, brother , uncle ) that our light SHINES so illuminatingly bright that we have the LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST, the LOVE of our Heavenily FATHER and that all is well within the kingdom!!!! Let us be the example as one deed always trickles to another and then another. We may be the only God they ever see on how to handle relationships with GRACE!
