"The Request to Replenish!"

Grace be to you, and peace be multiplied to you the revealed knowledge of God, and Jesus the King of Glory!

It's the New Year, and it's time to amp up your prayer life! It's time to ask God for things that are so big that He has to do it if it is ever going to get done. This year never let limits get in the way of your prayer life. Look at Psalms 2:8

"Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession." Ps. 2:8

As soon as God raised Jesus from the dead He gave Him the freedom to ask what He would, and it would be done unto Him. This same Jesus then came to us and said to us, (knowing that He would be glorified and restored to His Fathers right hand), “If you ask anything in My Name I will do it that the father may be glorified in the Son, If you ask anything in my name I will do it.” John 14 13:14

Paul knew this very well and that's why he said in Philippians 4:
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Phil 4:6-7

A “request” is an interesting thing. The word here means to go back and get what you were looking for or what you were searching for. I believe that it is imperative that we know and understand a request. Whether you lost the thing or were not successful in obtaining the thing go ahead and get it now! The word 'supplication' is a written request based on facts. Our prayer life should have a supplication in place to regain supply of what was either lost or never obtained from failure to manage what God had blessed us with. There is nothing in this covenant language that has limits in it. So let your request have unlimited purpose. The original purpose for the creation of the request is to bring back the commission God gave to man. Look at this verse from Genesis 1.

“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth..” Gen 1:28a

God's intent for us was to be replenished. The word “replenish” means “to be brought to fullness, to be accomplished, and to be satisfied!” So our request should get its purpose from this commission from God. Our request should be geared toward whatever it takes to be brought to the full, and make you accomplished. Think about it for a minute. What would it take from God to accomplish your assignment from Him? If money were no object what would you be doing for and with God? That is what a request is for. The enemy's job is to pull you off that big assignment you see in God. When coming to God concerning salvation, healing, or prosperity it is essential for each one to decide whether he shall allow the hiss of the serpent to rise above the voice of God. He wants to make you think that your request is just WAY TO BIG for you. Ha Ha, who do you think you are? You just simply answer with “I am the righteousness of God created in the blessing on Jesus for good works, and an Ambassador of the Blessing that is on Jesus and His church, and God Almighty has need of these things I am requesting! So get thee behind me in Jesus name!”

“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” John 15:16

Remember that we did not choose God but He chose us and ordained us that we should go and bear fruit, therefore ask for what you will to get the job done, and He will give it to you. Have you ever noticed that however great or small you want to do something for the kingdom it is easy to get what you need? That should be your clue to writing your request for the supply that will make your mission accomplished. God will always move when it is his turn, and He will never move out of turn.

God gave Jesus a blank check in Psalms 2:8, and Jesus gave us the same check in John 15:16. This was the joy that was set before Him as He headed for the cross. He knew that people would hear the Word of the Kingdom and take their request to God based on the facts of His Word and stand until they see the hope of the glory! He knew that they would take His Word and use it as a legal document and reclaim their rights to replenish what is necessary to be fulfilled, and to be accomplished.

“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11

Our request, when guided toward replenishing, can accomplish its goal when it's based on the Word. We know it will take big things to get us to fulfillment and accomplishment, so only God can back up these big requests that we are about to offer up. Now we praise Him for all the blessings of goodness He is about to pour on the ones who trust Him to do what He said He would do! Remember we are called to glory and virtue. Glory is answered prayer, and virtue is defined as heroics. Let us therefore request to be brought back to manifestations of heroics through Him!!

The word NOW connects your faith to time, so NOW is a good word to declare your request as done! When do you want it? NOW! When do you need it? NOW! Therefore be it done unto me NOW in Jesus Name!

“Because thy loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.” Ps 63:3
