The Same Afflictions.

In these end days, we are seeing the prophecies being fulfilled. There are many afflictions that are being manifested throughout the world. Floods, famine, petulance, wars, rumors of wars, fighting among different religions, infighting among families, mothers aborting their babies, churches forbidding ministers to marry, and the rich are being devastated by financial crises.

I have received many letter from our brothers and sisters around the world that are reporting the same afflictions in their own countries. The blessing that I have received is that instead of asking for help from me, they are turning to brothers and sisters of like faith to join with them in prayer to the Lord for assistance. I join with them and together we can accomplish much.

To be a Christian, we must all, honestly, believe in the Power of God to deliver us from temptations and troubles brought on because of sin and unrighteousness. The Lord has told us that He will never leave us nor forsake us in our times of trouble. He will provide our daily bread if we believe. We all must join together in prayer for one another. The time of being separated by race, color or national origin is over, we are all the same in the sight of God and therefore we are all brothers, and sisters, from the same family. God bless His Children.

Let us read;

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.”

Casting all your care.
Casting;Throwing, Sending.
Our afflictions are difficult at times. We are unable to handle all our problems. The Lord has created all things and by Him all things were created, and nothing was created, that was not created, by Him. These words are a great comfort in the times of troubles. When the Lord made wheat, He created it for the use of mankind. Our troubles must be cast to the Lord.

We show our faith in His deliverance and in His promises, when we throw our cares to Him. The Bible tells us that, Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Care; Concern; anxiety; solicitude; nothing some degree of pain in the mind, from apprehension of evil.
God is not tempted and neither does He tempt any man. These afflictions are not a response to something that a Christian, or the Church, has done but, as I have said before, a fulfillment of the Prophetic word of the end days. God will listen if you speak to Him in honesty and servitude, knowing that these afflictions are light to the Lord and He will redeem the believers, and will deliver them out of these afflictions.

Hear the words of affliction, and the faith in the Lord.
“Oh that my words were now written! oh that they were printed in a book!
That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever!
For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:
And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:”

Be Sober.
Regular; calm; not under the influence of passion; as sober judgment; a man in his sober senses.
In these times of trouble, we must all rest in the arms of God. We cannot allow our human passions direct our actions. Our passions can result in the removal of our faith and cause us to do and say things that will cause harm to ourselves and especially to the Ministry of Jesus Christ.

The Bible states clearly; “We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:”

“But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,”

“By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;
As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;
As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.”

Be Vigilant.
Watchful; circumspect; attentive to discover and avoid danger, or to provide for safety.
Our vigilance is extremely important. We must all be aware of the Biblical prophecies and pay heed to them. We are not as those that have no hope, but we are a people with wisdom and knowledge of the things that have, and will come, upon the earth. Are you surprised by these events? You shouldn't be, for it is all written down for your knowledge. As a watchful servant, we know that earthquakes, wars, and even famine will come upon the earth. We are instructed to be sober and vigilant for the day is short, and the wrath of God will soon be poured out upon the unrighteous. We are to be watchful for the signs of the second coming of the Lord, be not fooled by false religions, and false prophecies, but watch the true signs.

Resist Stedfast.
Literally, to stand against; to withstand; hence, to act in opposition, or to oppose.
To strive against; to endeavor to counteract, defeat or frustrate.
We as believers are to frustrate the devil by the word of God. We are to remain stedfast against all temptation to fall away from the Gospel. Our faith will carry us threw all things, for what the Lord doesn't keep us from,(Afflictions) He will keep us threw. He will keep us from all things that would cause us to fall, weather it be famine, sickness, disease, war and persecution.

“Ye do always resist the Holy Spirit.”
Those that refuse to believe in the prophecies are resisting the teachings of the Holy Spirit. Many have refused to believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, and therefore, are not under the protection of the Lord. These people have come up with their own religions, their own interpretations, and their own doctrines. The lord states that when these people are in dire striates, they are to call upon their god and ask him for aid. There will be no answer, no aid, no deliverance, and no salvation from the things to come. Why do you believe that famine and war are prevalent in this world? Could it be because of their refusal to believe in Jesus, could it be because of their worship of false gods, and the worshiping of devils? Could it be because of their own actions and way of life?

I shall see God.
If I believe in Jesus, I shall see God.
If I am steadfast in my faith, I shall see God.
If I am pure in Heart, I shall see God.
If I resist temptation, I shall see God.
If I am delivered by Grace threw Faith, I shall see God.
If I am covered by the Blood of Christ, I shall see God.
If I walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in my own heart, I shall see God.

These words come, not as a rebuke, but as encouragement to hold fast to your profession of faith. We shall all see God. Ars.
