The Seven Pillars of the Source of Biblical Power

An Affirmation of one or maybe more

1. The Power to Give
I believe that the Creator, Yahweh Elohim, the Lord God Almighty, our heavenly Father, employs his unlimited power to give to and equally bless all people as image bearers of God. The power to give is modeled in the faithful marriage of one man and one woman, in parenthood, and is the basis for trust in human society.

2. The Power to Live in the Light
I believe that the Lord God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. As darkness and the prince of darkness flee the light, we embrace the power to live in the light of God’s presence, open and accountable to all people in all we believe, say and do.

3. The Power of Informed Choice
I believe that the Lord God gives us all the power of informed choice, to say yes to the good of freedom and life, and no to the evil of slavery and death.

4. The Power to Love asking Hard Questions
I believe that the Lord God gives us the freedom and power to pose hard questions of Him and of one another in the Christian community. This is the power of sanctifying integrity and to give as well as to receive love as God is love.

5. The Power to Love Enemies
I believe that the Lord Jesus loved the world when we were yet enemies of the truth, drowning in a sea of broken trust. Now, as believers, we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to love those who are, at present, enemies of the Gospel but hate the sin that so easily is a stain and a mark against them.

6. The Power to Forgive
I believe that the power to give is restored to the broken world through the power to forgive, purchased in the life, death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Thus, I as many believers are called to extend this forgiveness to the broken world, by the power and grace of the Holy Spirit, and in celebration of the mercy of God that triumphs over judgment in the second coming of Jesus.

7. The power of Gods Spirit manifests in Himself
Every stone God has marked with great purpose. Zec. 3:9 Gods ways are much higher than that of mans and his wisdom, Isa. 11:2 is higher and is perfect. My God will come and restore all things again making them perfect, holy, and righteous in Jesus Christ.

These are some simple things I do believe and ask now have you thought about what you believe in and where and how the power of God manifests itself? God’s Word is power and love and when held in truth from a believing heart precious to God when kept in truth. When God’s truth is a reflection of a believing heart it reflects what one believes. Today reflect upon what exactly you do believe in. God’s power is the reflection of a trusting relationship with Him.

Any and all power He’s given to overcome all challenges are from Him. If your strength and power are only from you one day it will fail falling short if not involving God’s power. What I have tried to do is to encourage in all holy things of God helping people grow in the grace and truth of Jesus Christ with my gift of helps in a prophetic voice.
Blessings Steven
