The Thrill is Gone: Romanticizing Yesterday

Good Morning World! Romanticizing yesterday will keep us there. There is nothing & no one that is so special that we should fall so in love with a past encounter or experience that we fail to see the beauty of today and promise of tomorrow. We were not the best we were going to be on yesterday. First step: good or bad, let go of the past, it's over. Fall in love with your future. Have a great day!

But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. James 1:23-25

Today it is commemorated by our recitation of the "Order of the Passover Offering" this afternoon, by the "shankbone" placed on the seder plate this evening, and the afikoman -- a portion of matzah eaten in its stead at the end of the seder meal.
