This Week's Promise

GOD SAYS IN HIS WORD:

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee…Deuteronomy 31:6

BECAUSE HE SAYS IT, IT MUST BE TRUE! THEREFORE I WILL BELIEVE IN MY HEART AND CONFESS WITH MY MOUTH:

Father I know You will never leave me or forsake me, so I will not be afraid. Father I trust you to guide me, to lead me, to keep me and to protect me; Your Word says so, therefore it is true. You are my light and my salvation. Father You are the source and supplier of my every need. There is nothing I willl ever need that You have not already provided for. Your Word tells me that before I call, you will answer and while I’m still speaking You will hear. That is a blessed assurance. I know that You will never fail me. You say that I am healed, delivered and set free by the blood of Your Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Your blessings make me rich and you add no sorrow to it. Father, I am safe and secure in Your hands. I am strong. I am courageous. I am not afraid. I will only trust in You.

God also said through the mouth of Jesus (Matthew 5:2, 6) Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled. Blessed (makarios ,from the root mak, indicating large or of long duration). The word is an adjective suggesting happy, supremely blessed, a condition in which congratulations are in order. It is a grace word that expresses the special joys and satisfaction granted the person who experiences salvation. You ARE truly blessed.
