Every person in life, has gotten angry and lost 'Tempers", only to regret it later. Every person has allowed their schedules to get over-whelmed, over- loaded, that Looking back, over the weeks, months or years, we must admit to ourselves, "If we're "Honest", "Sometimes we've not stopped to "Pray", even once. Each and every one of us, has eaten too much, even when we swore we would not.....Remember those New Year resolutions?? Those diets?? We missed it time and time, again and again...again and again ....

What am I talking about? " Self=Control" "But we can start all over again ... to do it right,,,, to please God..

"Who hasn't fought yet again the old battle with lust of the eye, the pride of life, greed or materialism or anger or envy.?
There is an answer to this daily dilemma, a solution that is easy to identify ........ There is a secret to holding back....

"Self-Control" ....that is the key.....that is the answer.....

The best synonym for "Self-Control is "Discipline"...Self-Control means inner strength ," Discipline---To practice----To Purpose to try over and over and over again..until we succeed...A desire to learn, to grow: To follow the order and instructions.

Discipline-- Disciple= One who is learned: "A student" A Pupil" Of Jesus

The fruit of the Spirit is self-control. Self control frees us from slavery.. Self-control stops bad habits..It checks us.. It halts us in our tracks, from doing the wrong thing....it stops us from walking disorderly or "Irreverent towards God and HIs Leaders.... No matter who we think they are not to "Us", or how we see them, in our own natural eye."i>

Sel-Control stops us from making un-godly choices; it stops us from committing sinful acts....getting involved into sinful acts----- Self-Contorl, puts the "Fear of the Lord, within our hearts......It causes us to walk obedient unto the Lord, and to Do HIs Bid"......

Proverbs 16:32 "He that is slow to anger, meek, calm---mature} quick-tempered--- easily angered, enfused with wrath----it is he that lacks {self-control-easily angered, quick-tempered---contentious, prideful.. haughty....one who cannot rule over their spirit} is better than the mighty ; and he that ruleth his own spirit, it is he that can take a city."

David, had the opportunity to kill 'King Saul; but due to "Self-Control", and the fear of God, he refrained fronm "'Touching the Anointed King, or do HIm no harm."" Even though King Saul desired to destroy David, & made several attempts;

David knew how dangerous it is to touch one of God's Anointed.. It would seem the perfect opportunity to have his revenge.....THE BIBLE SAYS, DAVID BEHAVED AND WALKED WISELY IN ALL OF HIS WAYS; AND SAUL BECAME AFRAID OF HIM.'

" CAN WE AS BELIEVERS, WALK WISELY IN ALL OUR WAYS AND DOINGS, SO THAT THE ENEMY CAN FEAR OUR FACE, AND THEN FLEE FROM OUR VERY PRESENCE?F

To touch--- lack of self-control--no restraint-- fleshly nature ruling.. having dominion-- over the "The Spirit of God inside of You""----- To Touch Not"" It is to Close our mouths against God's Leaders-- it is to discuss not their affairs--- to talk not against or whisper against them... whether you like them or not---Hold your peace-----------Judge not or blab againgst God's Chosen Leaders..

Touch Not---- Operate in Self-Control-- not plotting schemes, or evil devises against them---their ministires--their churches--their families----- It it to bind one-self, and actions;: it is to keep a guard and a watch over the doors of thy mouth; against God's Prophets--His Leaders-

Whether wrong was done --- it is to walk in "Peace, with all Men"--with an assurance, that God is "The avenger". "No matter what you may hear, or assume, or mis-interpret wrongly--- mis-construe words oen would say or immply-----Hold yor peace---bite your tongue----

For that which you may have heard, sometimes are nothing but gossip, slander, lies, and innuendos----to tear down the character of another."

For that same one which brings you gossip and slander about another Leader, or persons ,will also do the same thing to you....------. Gossip, slander and defame your name and your charater, just the same way......--

What kind of friends do you keep? Are they walking in "Self-Control"? Please!!! know them by their fruits!!!*******************************************

Self-Control---is knowing peace, and assurance, with trusting and Obeying His Word, no matter how many other voices that may come to trick, deceive, sway, lead you wrong, manipulate, or dominate your actions of good..... It is knowing God for yourslelf -----

"DISCERN" "KNOW" PERCEIVE'' BE KEEN IN THE SPIRIT" "WALK SHARPLY AND SKILFULL"

No matter what you face in life, you must have enough confidence, that [GOD] He will fight your battles for you, if you hold your peace......It is knowing what is the right thing to do,and not to allow peole to set you up for a fall..... "Vengeance is mine, He saith, I will repay."

Control your habits, control your temper, control your tongue; control your filthy blasphemous cursing, control your actions, control your lusts, control your appetites;
