WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!

Contrary to popular belief, wars begin way before the first missile is ever launched, or the first M16 is ever loaded and locked! Every war is the product of an unresolved battle, and every battle begins with "words". Divorce courts are filled with the decayed "corpses" of these weapons, that have long been forgotten,but their aftermath is generational and deadly! "Men" don't start wars, and "women" don't start fights; "words" do! An "unfitly" spoken word can set off a chain of events that may culminate with a stack of dead bodies, and one word of offense can bring destruction to a years long marriage, association or a friendship. Countries are, and nations have been, destroyed, bombed, incinerated, and left as no more than human graveyards, because somebody "said" the wrong thing, to the wrong person, at the wrong time! How often have you heard someone say something that was responded to by "Them's fighting words!", as the recipient rolled up their sleeves, and "vaselined" their face, while snatching out their good gold earrings? There are actually "words" that are so powerful, that they, spontaneously provoke certain reactions, like when you call somebody's Mama a "slew-footed "tac" head". No questions asked, most likely, you have just signed up for an unofficial "beat down"! In the military, certain words, are known "commands", and the soldiers are trained to respond with precision, and without question; things like "FIRE!", "FORWARD MARCH", "AT EASE", OR "CHOW"! In this world, when one is contending with the legal authorities, it's "healthy" to be familiar with their commands, especially the ones of "HALT","HANDS ABOVE YOUR HEAD",and "DROP YOUR WEAPON"! These words determine the life and death of many of our citizens,wrong or right, and there's no margin for error, or "bad hearing"! Even animals, with their.alleged,limited intelligence and keen sensitivity, are trained to respond with accuracy to "words", When you tell "Fubu" to "SIT", his hindquarters are going to hit the dirt, and when you tell Samson" to "ATTACK", somebody else's hindquarters, and their rear end is about to hit the dirt, or hit the pavement running!

Allow me to point out that "words" are only "ammunition", and it's really their "source", the "firing pin" of the tongue that is the actual weapon, and it has the power and potential to see the entire U.S.A. under attack and torpedoed, if those Chief War Counsels make the mistake of offending the wrong enemy dignitary! Words can either create love, or hate, and the wrong word can turn love to hate, as soon as the last syllable was spoken, or words can compel you to "love" someone you only "liked" a moment ago! The Scripture so eloquently states it like this "Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue, keepeth his soul from trouble! More profoundly, it states this " Evenso the tongue is a "small member", and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter, a "little fire" kindleth"! It only takes the bearly visible flame of the tip of a match to burn down a whole city, and the "tip" of your pretty, little pink tongue has the potential and capability to do the same! When wars begin, it's not behind the words of a "lot" of people, because if the President, as one man, with a single tongue, today gave the order to the Armed Forces to attack another country, rivers of blood will flow, shortly after he releases the verbal "missiles" from his weapon of mass destruction! When "church fights", conflicts, divisions between the deacons and the trustees, or the Pastor and the Mother's board are ignited, believe that it's not behind the "words" of many, or many "tongues", but there's usually, that ONE tongue, saturated in "battery acid", and "gun powder" that really gets the show on the road! People's lives are irreversibly altered, and even destroyed by this weapon of mass destruction, and phenomenal careers are ended and begun by the same. There's a saying that parallels another cliche' that "the tongue is mightier than the sword"! If we realized that our most potent and lethal weapon is not in being 'strapped" or in what we're "packing" in our hip pockets, purses or "brassieres", but rather what is glued to the floor of our mouths, we might actually "consider the matter", and even "cogitate" or "contemplate" before we "fire"!! If we found a "tongue range", like the "gun ranges", we would have more respect for our tongues as weapons,and not handle them so carelessly, that we are always committing "involuntary manslaughter", or "wreckless homicide" with them! When one is chastised as a child, they are often told to "Watch your tongue!" Well, perhaps we should spend a day or two, looking at them in the mirror, studying every "bump" on them, and realizing that every "bump" is a potential "bullet"! In anger, frustration, and other emotional states, no one takes note as they take their "tongue" out of it's "holster", they just point it without taking aim! Children's lives have been t irrevocably traumatized, and their destinies stamped out, by carelessly fired "bullets" from these weapons of mass destruction! People are distressed, and depressed every day,and you can look at them and tell that they have been "shot", stabbed" or "strangled" by somebody's "weapon of mass destruction", because it will usually register in their countenance, posture, body language, or mood! Perhaps you've never witnessed somebody "cut to shreds" by someone else's tongue? Maybe you've never seen an up close view of someone's face or how their whole disposition instantly changed,by the "ammo" fired from another's tongue? Have you never witnessed a person go from confident and happy to "crushed" right before your eyes, because they took a "hit" from someone's oral "glock"? The Bible says that if any man offendeth not in word, (by their tongue), then he is a "mature" man! Wisdom would have you to sit down and "clean your weapon", check your "safety", and the "firing pin", and to use it only for it's intended purposes of tasting, savoring, speaking life, edifying, testifying, speaking truth, supporting, and "slurping"! Even the dentists have devised tiny contraptions called "tongue cleaners" recognizing that it is so uniquely powerful, and peculiar that it requires it's own cleaning system, and the Lord has given us a spiritual "tongue cleaner"! It's called "keeping the "high praises" of God in your mouth!" There's nothing purer, safer, and more powerful than God's praise, and as one embraces it for the fearsome weapon that it is against any and every "enemy, the former "arsenal" of our corrupt, homicidal, destructive speech is transformed into divinely acceptable "weapons of mass DEMONIC destruction!'
