What can we do as ministers to help the our young people make the right decisions?

There have recently been a rise in crime in our community. Many have thier own views regarding whose to blame. But I submit to you that this is not the time for fingerpointing, this is the time to mobilize our strengths, gifts, talents, and resources and help our young people.
