Word of Encouragement: Commanding Your Morning

Proverbs 29:18a says that without a vision the people perish. Why do you think visions are so powerful? If you go back to the beginning(Genesis), we were created in the image and likeness of God and he breathed unto us the breath of life. In that breath is the creative power God used to create the heavens and earth(including all inhabitants). The whole purpose of us having this creative ability was to be able to command our environment and take dominion over the area(s) God has given unto our hands. The enemy loves to attack the believers in the area of faith and in the area of their creativity. The enemy knows if he can get you to stop expecting God or to stop dreaming or to think, "This is as good as things can get in my life" that you will bend to a place of complacency not only in obtaining your dreams and visions but even in your personal relationship with the Lord. I challenge you today, "Dare to dream." Faith is "child-like" meaning that you believe God at his word and you are in a place of expectation that he will fulfill every promise to you. Think of the enemy like the Grinch who stole Christmas. He loves to steal, kill and destroy your passion and pursuit for God so you forget the mighty and matchless power of our King. What are you expecting God for? What vision has he given you? What desires has he placed in you to fulfill? There is no time limit on when God can grant those request. He has arms full of blessings--ready to pour upon you. Release your faith.
