WORRY IS OF THE WORLD NOT OF GOD!

Worry is of the world not of God

Matthew 6:25-34

One of the heaviest strong holes of the enemy against the battlefield of our mind is in the area of worry. Both real and imagined worries attack our minds daily as the pressures and stresses of these end time, press in from the north, east, west and south in an attempt to discourage and defeat us.

In the above scriptures we see that Jesus commands us to put aside worry. He pleads with us to see that our Father has faithfully provided for all of our needs (vs.30). Jesus assures us that our Heavenly Father knows what we need even before we ask, so there is no reason to worry (vs.32).

Then Jesus goes on to explain that there is a higher purpose for you to seek above the feeling of your needs, it is a way that releases blessings into your life, answers to your problems, and God’s supernatural intervention on your behalf. When you do it this way, Jesus says, then your needs will be His Righteousness, and all these things ( the things you need) shall be added unto you, (vs.33).

When we desire God’s righteousness through Christ Jesus to be reflected in our words and actions, when we seek to be dedicated to His will over our own will, when we seek to execute His plan over our own plan, when our primary goal is for the fulfillment of His kingdom with in our hearts and lives, then worry will cease to bind and control us and God will be free to move to meet our every need.

As you try to resist worry in the battlefield of your mind, the enemy will try to draw you back into an old habit pattern of worry. You will half to decide: “Do I want to stand against this in the power of God, you must resist in the Name of Jesus, and allow the Holy Spirit to fill this area of your thought life with Him? Or will you refuse to wage war in the Spirit and allow this worry to lurk in your mind forever? God has give us a free will to decide which way you will go. And He has given us the power to resist. ( Resist the devil and he will flee). Jesus has made all the provisions for our needs on the cross of Calvary. Now it is up to you and I to allow the Holy Spirit the freedom to replace worry with the fullness of God and the fullness of life in His Kingdom.

Father God, we repent for the spirit of worry in our minds, you are the Alpha and Omega the Beginning and the End, We stand on your word today. I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me, Lord we declare and decree that no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper, Lord your word said that, we are the head and not the tail, We surrender all to your perfect will and way, Father thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven , in Jesus Name We Pray AMEN!!!!!!
