THE HONEYCOMB (THE WORD OF GOD)
Honey gives the body sugar for energy .Honey is sweet. That is why when people get into marriage, the first day the couples go out, it is called “honey moon” .Everything that happen that day is full of happiness. They get to know each other better on that day. Their heart is filling with love for each other. In the same way, when one become “born again” (a new child born of GOD), there is joy within that fellow. The honey symbolized the word of GOD. We read about the word of GOD tasting like honey psalm 119:103 “How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth”
One thing about the word of GOD is that the letter kills but the spirit gives life. In the book of 2corithians 3:6 it’s says “He has made us competent as ministers of new covenant, not of the letter but the spirit, for the letter kills but the spirit give life” The letters of the bible will not profit you but the spirit behind it brings life and happiness to our souls .if you read the bible for reading sake and not allowing the spirit to direct you, You will be spiritual dead. The revealed word or the prophetic message behind the text gives life to the soul. Psalm 19:10 Says “they are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the comb” The word of GOD can be sweet to you like honey or honeycomb if the spirit of GOD lead you.
The word of GOD is the energy we need in every single day. Every good Christian has to read the bible every day for nourishment of the souls. It also help or equip us for the battle we are facing and the next day we need more .Only through the word of God that one life can change. It gives correction when you are going astray. The book of Hebrews 3:13 says encourage one another daily, as long us it is called a day, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. The battle is not against flesh and blood, we must prepare every day by reading the word of GOD.
The word of GOD is strong more than anything; Hebrews 4:12 says THE WORD OF GOD IS LIVING AND ACTIVE.SHARPER THAN ANY DOUBLE EDGE SWORD, IT PENETRATES TO THE DIVIDING SOUL AND THE SPIRIT,JOINTS AND MARROW; IT JUDGES THE THOUGHTS AND ATTITUDES OF THE HEART, SOULS AND SPIRIT, BOTH JOINTS AND MARROW. According to the bible, man is a tripartite being ________ spirit, soul and body (1thes.5:23. In this verse there are joints and marrow which are part of the body, and soul and spirit. So by reading the word of GOD every day, you are feeding your soul , spirit and the body with the living word .The tripartite being will be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ .Remember that the one that call you is faith and He will do it.

WHAT CAN GOD GIVES US WHEN WE ASK HIM
Must of us do not know what we have to do for the Lord Jesus to come into our lives? Jesus does not force us to follow him .He allow us to make our choice. Just as the first, Adam was given free chance to choose what is good for him. In the book of Roman 12:1 to 2, it says “Therefore , I urge you , brothers , in views of God’s mercy , to offer your body as living sacrifices ,holy and pleasing to God___ this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world ,but be transformed by renewing your mind .Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is ___his good , pleasing and perfect will”. We must sacrifice ourselves to worship Him in holiness, making a firm decision to hold to the teaching of the Lord .After we have surrender our life to Christ, what can He gives us . I know there are so many things the lord can gives us but let us look at the things the lord can gives us first (I called them keys).
The first thing that the lord can give us is FAITH. Faith is not something that we possess by ourselves but is given by God. Ephesians 2; 8 says “For it is by grace that you been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God”. So the first thing the lord can gives us is faith .Faith is the substantiating of invisible things .it by faith that we substantiate all the things Christ has accomplished for us. Through such substantiating ability, Grace has saved us. In the book of John 6:44 says “No one can come to me unless the father who sent me draws him and I will raise him up at the last day” .Meaning that without God given us the strong faith, we can not come to him. Many of us in the world today lack faith and we find it difficult to come to the Lord Jesus. Remember that without faith one cannot please the Lord.
The second thing the lord can gives us is the ANOINTING. Going back to the old testament , the book of Joel 2:28 says” and after wards I will pour out my spirit on all people .Your sons and daughters will prophesy ,Your old men will dream dreams ,young men will see visions. Even on my servants both men and women. When you received the gift of faith, the Lord Jesus has to come into his temple, which is your body. So that the life that you will be living, is not you that lived but Christ lived in you to perform all duties in a due time .That is why HE ask the first disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit to come upon them before they make a movement .We have to be anointed with the power of the Holy Ghost so that we can be bold in everything that you do in the Lord. For instead, I am typical African and I have never travelled out side the continent Africa before and I know more about Africans. In Africa, if the Holy Spirit is not in you, you will die in your youth. There are supper natural powers in Africa but my bible tells me that everywhere the name JESUS is mention, every knee have to bow and every tongues confess that JESUS is lord. IF you do not have JESUS in you, they will over come you. They will torture you until death. The Lord promised to give or anoint us with the Holy Spirit. Just ask him and He will provide.
The next thing that you need is the Wisdom, Knowledge and understanding, When we read the book of 1corinthian 12:8 “To one there is given through the spirit the message of wisdom” so looking at this verse, the first gift of the spirit is wisdom ,because wisdom play greater part in everything that we do. Remember that God created the heaven and earth and all that dwell in heaven and on earth by wisdom. We need wisdom in everything that we do. Apostle Paul used great wisdom where ever he went.
In your business, you need wisdom to control the business. In your marriage, you need wisdom to help you. What you can do so that your spouse will loves you. How you can control your children and educate them in the Lord Jesus and the society that you lived in.
Wisdom is not something that we acquired ourselves, but it is given by God. Let us look at Proverbs 2:6 says”For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. Ask God for wisdom and He is faithful to give you, to rule your family, business, especially in evangelism, I mean everything about you. Let wisdom be part and parcel of our lives.
The next thing that we need is Relationship. The first relation of every person is the Nuclear family that is parents and children. .The first family the Lord created is Adam and Eve and they begot their children. So relationship is given by God. If parents are not Christians, it will be difficult for someone to become Christian of such family or if they did not educate him or her by sending you to school so that you too become some body in the future. Or else you may face many problems about life .For instead; I did not have proper education. I did not go to university. This is due to my parents not raising me to the level to get good job but luckily, my mother was good Christian and today, i am proud to have her as my mother, the Lord used her to bring me up in Christianity. We need good relationship in other to know the Lord. Jesus had a good family and Joseph and Mary raised him up in God.
I hope we all know the type of relationship like extended family and friends. Just as I said before, we need the Lord to provide us with this people. If you read the whole story of Joseph in the Old Testament His first relatives did not help him. They sold him out until the Lord provides him with the good one. That is when he encountered Pharaoh. In this world, one need the Lord to send him His angels along the “road” .Life is about relationship.
The last thing that the Lord can give us is Favor. If the Lord has given us the above without given us favor, you we can do certain things but we may face many problems and we will face difficulties until HE favor us. The stories of Joseph in the Old Testament and Mordecai are a typical examples.Please you can read that from the whole book of Esther and read that of Joseph from the book of Genesis chapter 37 to chapter 41. Mordehai and Joseph lack “favour” at the beginning but as they continue to pray the Lord Favour, them.Mordehai honoured because He then has the “key favour’ and also the slaved boy Joseph became next to the King of Egypt.
All that I want to tell you are that if we have all this keys, we will be happy in this age and the age to come (on earth and in heaven). Please remember that only Jesus have these key to give us.God does not give money from heaven but He can give you , FAITH, ANOINTING (The Holy Ghost), WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING, RELATIONSHIP and FAVOUR,through that you can get what you need to sulvive .If you have these important keys,your life will never be the same. Just as Apostle Peter had all the keys, after Jesus went to heaven, everything about him changed. Please do not forget, ask and it shall be given to you. From now onwards, don’t ask the Lord to give you money but check whether you have the above keys in your life .If you have all of them as gift from God, your worship, business, your family, I mean everything about you will change just as it happen to Joseph. WHY WE NEED THE HOLY SPIRIT
Jesus promised the disciples that they would be baptized with the Holy Spirit. Therefore, it came to Passed that the Holy Spirit came upon them as He promised in the book of acts 2:4. it is also written in the book of Acts 2:38 to 39( quoting verse 39, the promise is for you ,your children and for all who are far off______ for all whom the Lord God will call).Meaning that every Christian need the Holy Spirit for specific task. The bible says we should not be drunkard but we must be filled with the holy Spirit. You can read that in the book of Ephesians 5:18.Why we must not be drunkard. The answer is simple, the Holy Spirit is more powerful than alcoholic drink.He can do more for us than “alcoholic spirit” Let us look at the things the Holy Spirit can do for us.
The Holy Ghost always makes us to be committed. When truly the Holy Ghost is in you, you will devote everything about you to the Lord Jesus. You will give your whole life to Christ. That is why the bible says that the life that we Christians lived, it is no more we that lived but Jesus lived in us. Christians do not need alcoholic drink just as the people of the world need it to be committed to what ever they do. I do not know whether you have seen a drunkard before but let me tell you, they are committed to alcoholic drinks. If they wake up in the morning, the first thing they think of is where they can get some drink to take. They put all their hope on drinking alcohol. Therefore, you see, a good Christian have to put his or she hope in Christ Jesus every time. Remember that what is in you is greater than alcohol. If you have been to Africa, you would have known the real drunkard. They are very committed. We have to do more than these worldly people do. We must be committed to our Lord Jesus Christ.
When one is full of the Holy Spirit, HE NEVER GETS WORRY ABOUT THINGS OF THIS WORLD. Just ask the bible says in the book of Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is life not more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?” Learn how to be happy with what you have, God knows what is good for you and at the right time, he will provide. The Holy Spirit that is in you will help you not to border about things that perish. Let me briefly tell you something about my life since my infancy. I was a child when my father divorce my mother because of the faith, but my mother never gives up. We passed through many problems but my mother hold firm to the faith. Sometimes what to eat was a problem for us. As the day went on, things started to change through the Holy Spirit. When I grown up, I still face difficulty, just us my mother taught me, I never get worry. I know it shall be well with me one day. I always comfort myself that after all I have something special within me that can change my situation.
So to be frank, worldly people like drunkard never get worry. All that they think about is their drink and how they can get access to one before they go to sleep. They do not border about the clothes that they put on. In Africa, drunkards can wear the same cloth for more than one month and they never get worry. Some so called Christian sometimes, say today I do not have new panties so I cannot go to church. When the Holy Spirit is in you, you will never bother. What ever you have, you will only press it well and wear it to church. Truly, our God is pure and it is not good to wear filthy clothes to church. All the time, be happy about what you have.
The Holy Spirit brings unity among brethren. We are one body and we have one spirit that controls us. This brings about the love that the Lord expects from us for each other. Allowing ourselves to be fill with the Holy Spirit, brings unity and love ( real love and unity).on the other side, drunkards are the most united people of the world. When one drunkard get drinks, he or she invite the rest of them to partake, even though they fight and quarrel, they do things together. How much more we that have the Holy Spirit, we do more than them because we have the true spirit. When the Holy Ghost came upon the first Disciples of Christ, they do almost everything together.
When the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be GENEROUS (someone that gives freely).If we read our bible well, peter was “disgrace” at the gate of beautiful when the crippled beggar as him for money (even though, the name of Jesus was glorified through the Holy Spirit). Although the crippled was healed, there was nothing in Peter’s pocket. Therefore, when he came to the congregation, the Holy Ghost changed the situation so that no needy person was found among them again. When He is upon you, you can easily give. People find it difficult to give or help the needy ones because the Holy Spirit is not in them. If you come to Africa or go to other continents, you will know how people need help (I mean suffering, we that go to the villages we see things for ourselves).
DRUNKARDS always give. They can give more than necessary and why can we that are full of the Holy Spirit not give. Let HIM control you are giving.
When the Holy Spirit is upon you, you will be BOLD just as HE came upon peter and Peter became boldly. You can read that in the book of Acts 2:38, drunkards are always bold. Let me assure that most people drink because they want to be bold but we Christian do not need “physical drink” to be bold, the Holy Spirit is more than alcoholic drink. HE makes us bold in every area.
You will always have a SOUND MIND when HE is upon you. Do not have negative taught about people. The Holy Spirit let us into all truth. It makes us free within our bodies. In Africa here, drunkards are free they only concentrate on their drinks. We Christians have to talk about Jesus every day, because that is the greatest commission the LORD has instructed us.
When the Holy Spirit is upon someone, he or she can takes “hot staff” (face difficult problems).Never run from battlefield because what is in him or her is greater than what is in the world. He or She shall surely over come. Things that are impossible for people will be possible for you. As for Drunkards, people that they cannot beat them they claim that they will beat them, How much more we that have the power above all powers. Remember David and Goliath.
The Holy Spirit helps us to be LOYALTY, to become someone who always gives support or defend the faith. Drunkard are always support those that provide them with drinks. We Christian have to support our faith wherever we are and preach the word of God.
The holy spirit help us to walk with faith and we don’t fear danger, all that we know is that it came by itself and it shall go but itself. Forward ever, backwards never. Drunkards also walk by faith, whether there is whole or not they find their way home. What about us? We do more than them.
The Holy Spirit will help you NEVER TO GIVE UP. In all situations, you will stand firm. DRUNKARDS are troublesome and they never give up. We are always in the “high spirit” to face every problem that comes Christians are not trouble some.
To be simple and precise, without the holy ghost one can not enter into the kingdom God: so we need HIM to be; COMMITED, NEVER WORRY ABOUT THINGS OF THIS WORLD, TO GIVE GENEROULY,TO BE BOLD,TO HAVE SOUND MIND, TO FACE EVERY DIFFICULTY THAT COMES OUR WAYS,TO BE LOYALTY TO OUR LORD,TO WALK BY FAITH AND SO THAT WE CAN NEVER GIVE UP.

THE NARROW GATE
There are two ways in this world and the age to come. [(That are the will of God and our will, (HEAVEN and HELL)] .The narrow gate is the will of God and the wide gate is our will. In fact, God has control of everything in heaven and on earth and under earth but there is something special that He has given us to make our choice which is called WILL. When we read the book of Genesis 2:15 to 17, the Lord gave them (man and his wife) only one commandment that, they are free to eat everything in the Garden except the fruit of life and evil. Adam and the wife could not abide by this commandment because the Lord God gave them free will to choose good and evil. They made their choice and they have to die. The same way today, God has given us only one Man (JESUS CHRIST) that if we believe in him, we will be saved and not perish like our father Adam and the wife Eve. You can read that in the book of Romans 10:9 “If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raise him from the death, you will be saved”.
To be part of the kingdom of God, one needs to call upon the Lord and do his will. In the above verse, the word “saved” meaning being regenerated (the latter is by the birth of divide life).To call upon the Lord suffices for us to be saved (Roman 10:13) but to be part of the kingdom of God we also need to do the will of God. Hence not everyone who says Lord, lord, will enter the kingdom of God but those who called upon the Lord and do His will. It is very important to enter through the narrow gate, which lead to everlasting life.Matthew7:13 say” Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction and many enter through it “One may ask, am i on the narrow road or the broad road? How will you know that you are on the narrow road? The bible is the measure which you must use to examine your spiritual life. Search the will of God in all your ways. Roman 12:2 “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world ,but be transformed by renewing your mind .Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is ___his good , pleasing and perfect will”.
When we are born again, we need to do the will of God because in heaven only the will of God will be done. So called Christian today teaches that if you called upon Christ you will be surely be part of the kingdom of God without doing the will of God but let me assure you that Christ needs those who will do the will of God in His kingdom. Let us read Matthew 7:21”Not everyone that says to me Lord, lord, will enter into the kingdom of God, but only he who does the will of my father who is in heaven” It is good to call upon the Lord but we must also do His will in other to enter into the kingdom of God. We have to be in the track of the Lord Jesus.
A true Christian always faces problems and the journey is not easy. Apostle Paul said that nothing that can separate him from the lord. Remember we are always the winners because we are on the wining side. Be strong and courageous and walk through the narrow gate till you receive the crown of salvation. Hold firm to prayer, Holiness and evangelism. The first disciples hold firmly to prayer, evangelism and Holiness to receive the crown of salvation. Jesus want all of us to be saved but it will be painful that “day” He will say to some that He does not know them (Matt 25:12).

SEVEN WEAPONS OF PRAYER
We have seven keys of prayer; they are arrows that destroy the enemies. The bible says in Ephesians 6:10 that “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, authorities,against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms.Therefore put on the full amour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand on your grand, and after you have done everything, to stand”
The first weapon or armour of Prayer is THE WORD OF GOD. The word of God is living and active. sharper than any double edge sword, it penetrates to the dividing soul and the spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart, souls and spirit, both joints and marrow (Hebrews 4:12).
The word of God is the first weapon of prayer .Jesus quoted the word to defect Satan when he tempted Jesus Christ. You have to quote the word of God in your prayer. It is powerful weapon in prayer.
The next one is faith: 1John 5:4 says, “For everyone born of God over comes the world. This is the victory that has over comes the world, even our faith” (and Ephesians 6: 16).With faith you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil, that will be throne against you.
The powerful weapon is the name Jesus. Philippians 2:10 says that at the call of the name Jesus every knee have to bow, in heaven and on earth under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and to the Glory of the father. When you are praying you have to call upon the name Jesus and every knee and every tongue will bow before the name Jesus. Please we must do every thing in Jesus name and you will see success.
The weapon that you have to use again is the blood of Jesus.”….And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb”… Revelation 12:11 and you can also read Zechariah 9:11-12. There is tangible power in the blood of JESUS; it is the believer’s strong hold. The blood of Jesus is a weapon against Satan.
Another one is angels: Angels are sending to minister to the saints. You can read that in Hebrews 1:7,13-14
There is almost no man of worth in the bible that did not have physical, tangible evidence of angelic companionship. You can read more about angels in Exodus 23:20,Psalm 91:11
The sixth one is the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit brings the power into us. Acts1:8 says “But you will receive power when the Holy spirit comes on you… and you can also read 1John4:6 and Ephesians 5:18
The last one is Praise and worship: By praising God the walls of Jericho were broken. In addition, Paul and Silas praised the lord and prison gate were open. Acts 16:25-28.
Please always go to bed with praise and wake with praise. It breaks the strong hold of the enemies.
In your prayer, quote the word of God, have strong faith, mention the name of Jesus, use the blood of Jesus, The angels will be sent by Jesus to intervene, be filled with the holy spirit and Praise and worship God in your prayer

JESUS IS THE WAY AND LIFE!
There is away to every house and if a house is build without a gate, how can one enter into that house? For some one to enter a house he or she needs a way so that the people in the house can welcome him. In the other hand, everyone that enters the house without passing through the entrance or through the gate, he or she can be called thief. The house owner has the right to drive him or her away or call for police to arrest him or her. This means that every house must have a gate for people to enter. The bible says in the book of John14:6 “Jesus answered: I am the way the truth and life. No one comes to the father except through me”.
When we go back to Genesis 3: 24, you will find the first reference to the way: After he drove the man out, He place on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubin and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.” When God made Garden of Eden, there was way but man, disobeyed God’s command (they ate the fruit of good and evil that god said forbidden) and the gate was closed and guarded by cherubim. Since then sin has separate man from his God Isaiah59:1-2 surely, the arm of the lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. However, your iniquities have separated you from your God.
God is love and he does not want us to perish, so He has given us another chance by opening another gate for us. Whom ever passes through that gate will not perish (but everlasting life) likes Adam and Eve? His only begotten son (Jesus Christ) came down that who ever believes in him would not perish. He is the way, truth and life. No other way man can use to approach God.
We may ask; HOW CAN WE KNOW THE WAY? (John 14:5 Thomas said to him “lord, we do not know where you are going, so how can we know the way?). if you read verse 6 , Jesus said to him that no one comes to the father except through him. Meaning that one can only approach God when he or she surrenders to Christ. You must know that we are all sinners. Christ came because of sinners and if you are willing to call upon his name and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised him from the death, you will be saved. He was crucified because of our sins (Roman 3:23). We are all sinners but through the blood of Jesus we can now enter into the most Holy place Hebrews (10:9-10).
Jesus is present at every moment in time of need and in the life of his servant, he is the new and living way (Hebrews10:20), to be walk in right now. Jesus will give you new way of life and values if only you can open the door for HIM to enter in to your heart. You must understand that he died for our sins and to understand the pleading the blood of Jesus. He is the way to reach Eternity forever. He has gone to prepare a new “garden of Eden” full of life not death.
There is only one-way, and it is new and living because it is real, dynamic and perfect, in contrasts to the many ways that lead man to death: proverbs 14:12 there is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.
Life is about choices, where do you want to belong to?. If you choose Christ, you choose life and if you choose your own ways, you choose death. Jesus loves you so do I, surrender to him for eternal life. Permit me to tell you this, if you do not go to heaven do not blame Jesus, after death no repentance. Now is your time. HEAVEN AND HELL IS REAL, WHERE WILL YOU BE? GOD HAS PLANS FOR US (Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the plans I have for you” declared the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me, come, and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”)

Where will we be when the last bell sound?
As we all know, every student needs to be examine. Have you ever examine yourself with the word of God before? Apostle Paul said in the book of Philippians 3:14 that “I press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenwards in Christ Jesus”. Meaning that he was sure that one day, he will be part of the kingdom of God if only he continue to do the will of God. Have you ever sat down and think about where you will be when Christ comes?
Only the victorious runners in the Lord Jesus will receive the reward. Apostle Paul said in one of his books that “don’t you know that in a race, all the runners run, but only one get the prize? Run in such away as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to receive a crown that will not last; but we do it to receive a crown that will last forever”. Please it is good for us to prepare ourselves for his coming so that we can receive the crown that will last forever. Remember that we are warriors; warriors are ever ready for every battle. We have to make ourselves ready for the Lord coming because the hour is unknown. Read the story about the ten virgin in the bible (matt.25:1-13). In the book of Philippians 3:13 says “Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead”. Permit me to tell you this; what is ahead of us is greater than anything on this earth. It is written that all things shall pass away but the word of God lives forever. So let us not allow things of this world to drive us from the kingdom of God. Forget about the pass and press on towards the goal to win the prize.
I want to give you a typical example about chasing things of the world. My father is a pagan and he really loves things of this world. The marine spirit took him away into the sea for seven good years. When the spirit brought him back, he became rich and even used some of the money to sew dresses (pants).To be frank, the spirit deceived him and now he is nothing before men. I can say, sometimes what he have to eat is a problem for him. At first he hate to see us because we are Christian but now the Lord is touching his heart. Listen to this carefully, we went to him to preach for repentance and this is what he said: My children, i have pass through a lot of things, I have tested all spirit but I have now release that there is power above all powers and that power is the name Jesus Christ, and He is Lord of lords. I know one day I will accept him before I die”. So you see, there is nothing good in this world than in heaven. The bible says we should not love the world or any thing in the world, anyone that love the world the love of the father is not in him. so called Christian are carried by the world, they seek other powers to get rich and enjoy their life. Jesus said not everyone that says Lord; lord shall enter into the kingdom of God.
Most people are following miracle today but the bible says in Mark 16:17 and this sign will accompany those who believe: ………………… but not we following the signs. I don’t know whether the same thing is happen in your country. In Africa this time, people are really following miracles but not miracles following them. Instead of given their life to Christ fully, so that at due time God will bless them. They move from one church to other seeking miracles to be rich and to live luxury life without thinking about the greatest things in heaven.
So called pastors join other medium to do miracles to be rich. Please beware, don’t follow miracles and signs but if you believe in Jesus miracles and signs will follow you.
Miracle is real but seeks God and use only Jesus name in every thing that you do. Walk through the narrow gate to receive the crown.
Please don’t let suffering separate you and your God. Apostle Paul said “I am convinced that either death or life, neither angels nor demons neither the present nor the future, nor any powers. Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Roman 8:38). He made a firmed decision that nothing can separate him from Jesus our Lord and what about you. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. We need to persevere so that when we have done the will of God, we will receive what he has promised. Let us not stand against the will of God but walk in his plan to win the prize.
Please I want us to test ourselves if truly we love the Lord and our neighbors with this verse in the book of 1corithians 13:4 Love is patience, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self- seeking it is not easily angered; it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects always trusts, always perseveres.
This is what I want us to do, use your name to replace “it” in the verse. For instead Derrick is patience. Please examine yourself whether you are patience, kind, does not envy etc.Let me remind you that the bible says that the kingdom of God is full of love and without love will we be there?

JESUS IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
Light is the most important thing in the world. Without light how can one see? We have so many sources of light, the sun, the star; our bulbs etc give us light. I hope everyone believes that without them the whole world will be in the darkness. So everyone needs light to see clearly during day and night. There is a “light” that is above all light which is Jesus Christ. The bible says the true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world (John 1:9). That true light is Jesus Christ.
Christ came into the world as light for us to see. Who ever believes in him will never walk in darkness but walk in the light. Just as we all need light in our homes and work places to work well so our souls, spirits and bodies need Jesus Christ to shine in our life. Who ever has Jesus has the greatest light that will never quench. Who ever is willing, must surrender to Jesus for true light? He loves us so much that he want us to come to the light so that we can be free from been slave to darkness. Everyone knows the meaning of slave but let me make it clear to you. Anything that control our lives, we become slave to that thing. If darkness controls our body, souls and spirit then we are slave to darkness.
Luckily, “light” has come into the world that who ever is willing to welcome him will be a master to darkness (no more under the control of darkness). Let me remind you that darkness always fears light. In the book of John 3:19 says “This is the verdict, light has come in the world but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. This verse is telling us that we have to love light more than darkness so that the light will expose of evil in our life. The sinful nature will be taking away by the light.
Jesus said “I am the light of the world, whoever follows me, will never walk in darkness. But will have the light of life” we need Jesus everyday, all the time to shine upon our life (body, spirit, and souls).”The light of life” (john 1:4) shines within man by the inner sense of life to deliver us from sins. Jesus said are there not twelve hours of day light? A man who walk by day will not stumble but he sees by this world’s light. It is by when he walk by night he stumbles, for he has no light. Let us allow Jesus to shine in our life so that we will not stumble. Love light love life.

Honey gives the body sugar for energy .Honey is sweet. That is why when people get into marriage, the first day the couples go out, it is called “honey moon” .Everything that happen that day is full of happiness. They get to know each other better on that day. Their heart is filling with love for each other. In the same way, when one become “born again” (a new child born of GOD), there is joy within that fellow. The honey symbolized the word of GOD. We read about the word of GOD tasting like honey psalm 119:103 “How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth”
One thing about the word of GOD is that the letter kills but the spirit gives life. In the book of 2corithians 3:6 it’s says “He has made us competent as ministers of new covenant, not of the letter but the spirit, for the letter kills but the spirit give life” The letters of the bible will not profit you but the spirit behind it brings life and happiness to our souls .if you read the bible for reading sake and not allowing the spirit to direct you, You will be spiritual dead. The revealed word or the prophetic message behind the text gives life to the soul. Psalm 19:10 Says “they are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the comb” The word of GOD can be sweet to you like honey or honeycomb if the spirit of GOD lead you.
The word of GOD is the energy we need in every single day. Every good Christian has to read the bible every day for nourishment of the souls. It also help or equip us for the battle we are facing and the next day we need more .Only through the word of God that one life can change. It gives correction when you are going astray. The book of Hebrews 3:13 says encourage one another daily, as long us it is called a day, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. The battle is not against flesh and blood, we must prepare every day by reading the word of GOD.
The word of GOD is strong more than anything; Hebrews 4:12 says THE WORD OF GOD IS LIVING AND ACTIVE.SHARPER THAN ANY DOUBLE EDGE SWORD, IT PENETRATES TO THE DIVIDING SOUL AND THE SPIRIT,JOINTS AND MARROW; IT JUDGES THE THOUGHTS AND ATTITUDES OF THE HEART, SOULS AND SPIRIT, BOTH JOINTS AND MARROW. According to the bible, man is a tripartite being ________ spirit, soul and body (1thes.5:23. In this verse there are joints and marrow which are part of the body, and soul and spirit. So by reading the word of GOD every day, you are feeding your soul , spirit and the body with the living word .The tripartite being will be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ .Remember that the one that call you is faith and He will do it.

WHAT CAN GOD GIVES US WHEN WE ASK HIM
Must of us do not know what we have to do for the Lord Jesus to come into our lives? Jesus does not force us to follow him .He allow us to make our choice. Just as the first, Adam was given free chance to choose what is good for him. In the book of Roman 12:1 to 2, it says “Therefore , I urge you , brothers , in views of God’s mercy , to offer your body as living sacrifices ,holy and pleasing to God___ this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world ,but be transformed by renewing your mind .Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is ___his good , pleasing and perfect will”. We must sacrifice ourselves to worship Him in holiness, making a firm decision to hold to the teaching of the Lord .After we have surrender our life to Christ, what can He gives us . I know there are so many things the lord can gives us but let us look at the things the lord can gives us first (I called them keys).
The first thing that the lord can give us is FAITH. Faith is not something that we possess by ourselves but is given by God. Ephesians 2; 8 says “For it is by grace that you been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God”. So the first thing the lord can gives us is faith .Faith is the substantiating of invisible things .it by faith that we substantiate all the things Christ has accomplished for us. Through such substantiating ability, Grace has saved us. In the book of John 6:44 says “No one can come to me unless the father who sent me draws him and I will raise him up at the last day” .Meaning that without God given us the strong faith, we can not come to him. Many of us in the world today lack faith and we find it difficult to come to the Lord Jesus. Remember that without faith one cannot please the Lord.
The second thing the lord can gives us is the ANOINTING. Going back to the old testament , the book of Joel 2:28 says” and after wards I will pour out my spirit on all people .Your sons and daughters will prophesy ,Your old men will dream dreams ,young men will see visions. Even on my servants both men and women. When you received the gift of faith, the Lord Jesus has to come into his temple, which is your body. So that the life that you will be living, is not you that lived but Christ lived in you to perform all duties in a due time .That is why HE ask the first disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit to come upon them before they make a movement .We have to be anointed with the power of the Holy Ghost so that we can be bold in everything that you do in the Lord. For instead, I am typical African and I have never travelled out side the continent Africa before and I know more about Africans. In Africa, if the Holy Spirit is not in you, you will die in your youth. There are supper natural powers in Africa but my bible tells me that everywhere the name JESUS is mention, every knee have to bow and every tongues confess that JESUS is lord. IF you do not have JESUS in you, they will over come you. They will torture you until death. The Lord promised to give or anoint us with the Holy Spirit. Just ask him and He will provide.
The next thing that you need is the Wisdom, Knowledge and understanding, When we read the book of 1corinthian 12:8 “To one there is given through the spirit the message of wisdom” so looking at this verse, the first gift of the spirit is wisdom ,because wisdom play greater part in everything that we do. Remember that God created the heaven and earth and all that dwell in heaven and on earth by wisdom. We need wisdom in everything that we do. Apostle Paul used great wisdom where ever he went.
In your business, you need wisdom to control the business. In your marriage, you need wisdom to help you. What you can do so that your spouse will loves you. How you can control your children and educate them in the Lord Jesus and the society that you lived in.
Wisdom is not something that we acquired ourselves, but it is given by God. Let us look at Proverbs 2:6 says”For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. Ask God for wisdom and He is faithful to give you, to rule your family, business, especially in evangelism, I mean everything about you. Let wisdom be part and parcel of our lives.
The next thing that we need is Relationship. The first relation of every person is the Nuclear family that is parents and children. .The first family the Lord created is Adam and Eve and they begot their children. So relationship is given by God. If parents are not Christians, it will be difficult for someone to become Christian of such family or if they did not educate him or her by sending you to school so that you too become some body in the future. Or else you may face many problems about life .For instead; I did not have proper education. I did not go to university. This is due to my parents not raising me to the level to get good job but luckily, my mother was good Christian and today, i am proud to have her as my mother, the Lord used her to bring me up in Christianity. We need good relationship in other to know the Lord. Jesus had a good family and Joseph and Mary raised him up in God.
I hope we all know the type of relationship like extended family and friends. Just as I said before, we need the Lord to provide us with this people. If you read the whole story of Joseph in the Old Testament His first relatives did not help him. They sold him out until the Lord provides him with the good one. That is when he encountered Pharaoh. In this world, one need the Lord to send him His angels along the “road” .Life is about relationship.
The last thing that the Lord can give us is Favor. If the Lord has given us the above without given us favor, you we can do certain things but we may face many problems and we will face difficulties until HE favor us. The stories of Joseph in the Old Testament and Mordecai are a typical examples.Please you can read that from the whole book of Esther and read that of Joseph from the book of Genesis chapter 37 to chapter 41. Mordehai and Joseph lack “favour” at the beginning but as they continue to pray the Lord Favour, them.Mordehai honoured because He then has the “key favour’ and also the slaved boy Joseph became next to the King of Egypt.
All that I want to tell you are that if we have all this keys, we will be happy in this age and the age to come (on earth and in heaven). Please remember that only Jesus have these key to give us.God does not give money from heaven but He can give you , FAITH, ANOINTING (The Holy Ghost), WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING, RELATIONSHIP and FAVOUR,through that you can get what you need to sulvive .If you have these important keys,your life will never be the same. Just as Apostle Peter had all the keys, after Jesus went to heaven, everything about him changed. Please do not forget, ask and it shall be given to you. From now onwards, don’t ask the Lord to give you money but check whether you have the above keys in your life .If you have all of them as gift from God, your worship, business, your family, I mean everything about you will change just as it happen to Joseph. WHY WE NEED THE HOLY SPIRIT
Jesus promised the disciples that they would be baptized with the Holy Spirit. Therefore, it came to Passed that the Holy Spirit came upon them as He promised in the book of acts 2:4. it is also written in the book of Acts 2:38 to 39( quoting verse 39, the promise is for you ,your children and for all who are far off______ for all whom the Lord God will call).Meaning that every Christian need the Holy Spirit for specific task. The bible says we should not be drunkard but we must be filled with the holy Spirit. You can read that in the book of Ephesians 5:18.Why we must not be drunkard. The answer is simple, the Holy Spirit is more powerful than alcoholic drink.He can do more for us than “alcoholic spirit” Let us look at the things the Holy Spirit can do for us.
The Holy Ghost always makes us to be committed. When truly the Holy Ghost is in you, you will devote everything about you to the Lord Jesus. You will give your whole life to Christ. That is why the bible says that the life that we Christians lived, it is no more we that lived but Jesus lived in us. Christians do not need alcoholic drink just as the people of the world need it to be committed to what ever they do. I do not know whether you have seen a drunkard before but let me tell you, they are committed to alcoholic drinks. If they wake up in the morning, the first thing they think of is where they can get some drink to take. They put all their hope on drinking alcohol. Therefore, you see, a good Christian have to put his or she hope in Christ Jesus every time. Remember that what is in you is greater than alcohol. If you have been to Africa, you would have known the real drunkard. They are very committed. We have to do more than these worldly people do. We must be committed to our Lord Jesus Christ.
When one is full of the Holy Spirit, HE NEVER GETS WORRY ABOUT THINGS OF THIS WORLD. Just ask the bible says in the book of Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is life not more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?” Learn how to be happy with what you have, God knows what is good for you and at the right time, he will provide. The Holy Spirit that is in you will help you not to border about things that perish. Let me briefly tell you something about my life since my infancy. I was a child when my father divorce my mother because of the faith, but my mother never gives up. We passed through many problems but my mother hold firm to the faith. Sometimes what to eat was a problem for us. As the day went on, things started to change through the Holy Spirit. When I grown up, I still face difficulty, just us my mother taught me, I never get worry. I know it shall be well with me one day. I always comfort myself that after all I have something special within me that can change my situation.
So to be frank, worldly people like drunkard never get worry. All that they think about is their drink and how they can get access to one before they go to sleep. They do not border about the clothes that they put on. In Africa, drunkards can wear the same cloth for more than one month and they never get worry. Some so called Christian sometimes, say today I do not have new panties so I cannot go to church. When the Holy Spirit is in you, you will never bother. What ever you have, you will only press it well and wear it to church. Truly, our God is pure and it is not good to wear filthy clothes to church. All the time, be happy about what you have.
The Holy Spirit brings unity among brethren. We are one body and we have one spirit that controls us. This brings about the love that the Lord expects from us for each other. Allowing ourselves to be fill with the Holy Spirit, brings unity and love ( real love and unity).on the other side, drunkards are the most united people of the world. When one drunkard get drinks, he or she invite the rest of them to partake, even though they fight and quarrel, they do things together. How much more we that have the Holy Spirit, we do more than them because we have the true spirit. When the Holy Ghost came upon the first Disciples of Christ, they do almost everything together.
When the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be GENEROUS (someone that gives freely).If we read our bible well, peter was “disgrace” at the gate of beautiful when the crippled beggar as him for money (even though, the name of Jesus was glorified through the Holy Spirit). Although the crippled was healed, there was nothing in Peter’s pocket. Therefore, when he came to the congregation, the Holy Ghost changed the situation so that no needy person was found among them again. When He is upon you, you can easily give. People find it difficult to give or help the needy ones because the Holy Spirit is not in them. If you come to Africa or go to other continents, you will know how people need help (I mean suffering, we that go to the villages we see things for ourselves).
DRUNKARDS always give. They can give more than necessary and why can we that are full of the Holy Spirit not give. Let HIM control you are giving.
When the Holy Spirit is upon you, you will be BOLD just as HE came upon peter and Peter became boldly. You can read that in the book of Acts 2:38, drunkards are always bold. Let me assure that most people drink because they want to be bold but we Christian do not need “physical drink” to be bold, the Holy Spirit is more than alcoholic drink. HE makes us bold in every area.
You will always have a SOUND MIND when HE is upon you. Do not have negative taught about people. The Holy Spirit let us into all truth. It makes us free within our bodies. In Africa here, drunkards are free they only concentrate on their drinks. We Christians have to talk about Jesus every day, because that is the greatest commission the LORD has instructed us.
When the Holy Spirit is upon someone, he or she can takes “hot staff” (face difficult problems).Never run from battlefield because what is in him or her is greater than what is in the world. He or She shall surely over come. Things that are impossible for people will be possible for you. As for Drunkards, people that they cannot beat them they claim that they will beat them, How much more we that have the power above all powers. Remember David and Goliath.
The Holy Spirit helps us to be LOYALTY, to become someone who always gives support or defend the faith. Drunkard are always support those that provide them with drinks. We Christian have to support our faith wherever we are and preach the word of God.
The holy spirit help us to walk with faith and we don’t fear danger, all that we know is that it came by itself and it shall go but itself. Forward ever, backwards never. Drunkards also walk by faith, whether there is whole or not they find their way home. What about us? We do more than them.
The Holy Spirit will help you NEVER TO GIVE UP. In all situations, you will stand firm. DRUNKARDS are troublesome and they never give up. We are always in the “high spirit” to face every problem that comes Christians are not trouble some.
To be simple and precise, without the holy ghost one can not enter into the kingdom God: so we need HIM to be; COMMITED, NEVER WORRY ABOUT THINGS OF THIS WORLD, TO GIVE GENEROULY,TO BE BOLD,TO HAVE SOUND MIND, TO FACE EVERY DIFFICULTY THAT COMES OUR WAYS,TO BE LOYALTY TO OUR LORD,TO WALK BY FAITH AND SO THAT WE CAN NEVER GIVE UP.

THE NARROW GATE
There are two ways in this world and the age to come. [(That are the will of God and our will, (HEAVEN and HELL)] .The narrow gate is the will of God and the wide gate is our will. In fact, God has control of everything in heaven and on earth and under earth but there is something special that He has given us to make our choice which is called WILL. When we read the book of Genesis 2:15 to 17, the Lord gave them (man and his wife) only one commandment that, they are free to eat everything in the Garden except the fruit of life and evil. Adam and the wife could not abide by this commandment because the Lord God gave them free will to choose good and evil. They made their choice and they have to die. The same way today, God has given us only one Man (JESUS CHRIST) that if we believe in him, we will be saved and not perish like our father Adam and the wife Eve. You can read that in the book of Romans 10:9 “If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raise him from the death, you will be saved”.
To be part of the kingdom of God, one needs to call upon the Lord and do his will. In the above verse, the word “saved” meaning being regenerated (the latter is by the birth of divide life).To call upon the Lord suffices for us to be saved (Roman 10:13) but to be part of the kingdom of God we also need to do the will of God. Hence not everyone who says Lord, lord, will enter the kingdom of God but those who called upon the Lord and do His will. It is very important to enter through the narrow gate, which lead to everlasting life.Matthew7:13 say” Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction and many enter through it “One may ask, am i on the narrow road or the broad road? How will you know that you are on the narrow road? The bible is the measure which you must use to examine your spiritual life. Search the will of God in all your ways. Roman 12:2 “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world ,but be transformed by renewing your mind .Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is ___his good , pleasing and perfect will”.
When we are born again, we need to do the will of God because in heaven only the will of God will be done. So called Christian today teaches that if you called upon Christ you will be surely be part of the kingdom of God without doing the will of God but let me assure you that Christ needs those who will do the will of God in His kingdom. Let us read Matthew 7:21”Not everyone that says to me Lord, lord, will enter into the kingdom of God, but only he who does the will of my father who is in heaven” It is good to call upon the Lord but we must also do His will in other to enter into the kingdom of God. We have to be in the track of the Lord Jesus.
A true Christian always faces problems and the journey is not easy. Apostle Paul said that nothing that can separate him from the lord. Remember we are always the winners because we are on the wining side. Be strong and courageous and walk through the narrow gate till you receive the crown of salvation. Hold firm to prayer, Holiness and evangelism. The first disciples hold firmly to prayer, evangelism and Holiness to receive the crown of salvation. Jesus want all of us to be saved but it will be painful that “day” He will say to some that He does not know them (Matt 25:12).

SEVEN WEAPONS OF PRAYER
We have seven keys of prayer; they are arrows that destroy the enemies. The bible says in Ephesians 6:10 that “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, authorities,against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms.Therefore put on the full amour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand on your grand, and after you have done everything, to stand”
The first weapon or armour of Prayer is THE WORD OF GOD. The word of God is living and active. sharper than any double edge sword, it penetrates to the dividing soul and the spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart, souls and spirit, both joints and marrow (Hebrews 4:12).
The word of God is the first weapon of prayer .Jesus quoted the word to defect Satan when he tempted Jesus Christ. You have to quote the word of God in your prayer. It is powerful weapon in prayer.
The next one is faith: 1John 5:4 says, “For everyone born of God over comes the world. This is the victory that has over comes the world, even our faith” (and Ephesians 6: 16).With faith you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil, that will be throne against you.
The powerful weapon is the name Jesus. Philippians 2:10 says that at the call of the name Jesus every knee have to bow, in heaven and on earth under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and to the Glory of the father. When you are praying you have to call upon the name Jesus and every knee and every tongue will bow before the name Jesus. Please we must do every thing in Jesus name and you will see success.
The weapon that you have to use again is the blood of Jesus.”….And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb”… Revelation 12:11 and you can also read Zechariah 9:11-12. There is tangible power in the blood of JESUS; it is the believer’s strong hold. The blood of Jesus is a weapon against Satan.
Another one is angels: Angels are sending to minister to the saints. You can read that in Hebrews 1:7,13-14
There is almost no man of worth in the bible that did not have physical, tangible evidence of angelic companionship. You can read more about angels in Exodus 23:20,Psalm 91:11
The sixth one is the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit brings the power into us. Acts1:8 says “But you will receive power when the Holy spirit comes on you… and you can also read 1John4:6 and Ephesians 5:18
The last one is Praise and worship: By praising God the walls of Jericho were broken. In addition, Paul and Silas praised the lord and prison gate were open. Acts 16:25-28.
Please always go to bed with praise and wake with praise. It breaks the strong hold of the enemies.
In your prayer, quote the word of God, have strong faith, mention the name of Jesus, use the blood of Jesus, The angels will be sent by Jesus to intervene, be filled with the holy spirit and Praise and worship God in your prayer

JESUS IS THE WAY AND LIFE!
There is away to every house and if a house is build without a gate, how can one enter into that house? For some one to enter a house he or she needs a way so that the people in the house can welcome him. In the other hand, everyone that enters the house without passing through the entrance or through the gate, he or she can be called thief. The house owner has the right to drive him or her away or call for police to arrest him or her. This means that every house must have a gate for people to enter. The bible says in the book of John14:6 “Jesus answered: I am the way the truth and life. No one comes to the father except through me”.
When we go back to Genesis 3: 24, you will find the first reference to the way: After he drove the man out, He place on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubin and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.” When God made Garden of Eden, there was way but man, disobeyed God’s command (they ate the fruit of good and evil that god said forbidden) and the gate was closed and guarded by cherubim. Since then sin has separate man from his God Isaiah59:1-2 surely, the arm of the lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. However, your iniquities have separated you from your God.
God is love and he does not want us to perish, so He has given us another chance by opening another gate for us. Whom ever passes through that gate will not perish (but everlasting life) likes Adam and Eve? His only begotten son (Jesus Christ) came down that who ever believes in him would not perish. He is the way, truth and life. No other way man can use to approach God.
We may ask; HOW CAN WE KNOW THE WAY? (John 14:5 Thomas said to him “lord, we do not know where you are going, so how can we know the way?). if you read verse 6 , Jesus said to him that no one comes to the father except through him. Meaning that one can only approach God when he or she surrenders to Christ. You must know that we are all sinners. Christ came because of sinners and if you are willing to call upon his name and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised him from the death, you will be saved. He was crucified because of our sins (Roman 3:23). We are all sinners but through the blood of Jesus we can now enter into the most Holy place Hebrews (10:9-10).
Jesus is present at every moment in time of need and in the life of his servant, he is the new and living way (Hebrews10:20), to be walk in right now. Jesus will give you new way of life and values if only you can open the door for HIM to enter in to your heart. You must understand that he died for our sins and to understand the pleading the blood of Jesus. He is the way to reach Eternity forever. He has gone to prepare a new “garden of Eden” full of life not death.
There is only one-way, and it is new and living because it is real, dynamic and perfect, in contrasts to the many ways that lead man to death: proverbs 14:12 there is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.
Life is about choices, where do you want to belong to?. If you choose Christ, you choose life and if you choose your own ways, you choose death. Jesus loves you so do I, surrender to him for eternal life. Permit me to tell you this, if you do not go to heaven do not blame Jesus, after death no repentance. Now is your time. HEAVEN AND HELL IS REAL, WHERE WILL YOU BE? GOD HAS PLANS FOR US (Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the plans I have for you” declared the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me, come, and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”)

Where will we be when the last bell sound?
As we all know, every student needs to be examine. Have you ever examine yourself with the word of God before? Apostle Paul said in the book of Philippians 3:14 that “I press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenwards in Christ Jesus”. Meaning that he was sure that one day, he will be part of the kingdom of God if only he continue to do the will of God. Have you ever sat down and think about where you will be when Christ comes?
Only the victorious runners in the Lord Jesus will receive the reward. Apostle Paul said in one of his books that “don’t you know that in a race, all the runners run, but only one get the prize? Run in such away as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to receive a crown that will not last; but we do it to receive a crown that will last forever”. Please it is good for us to prepare ourselves for his coming so that we can receive the crown that will last forever. Remember that we are warriors; warriors are ever ready for every battle. We have to make ourselves ready for the Lord coming because the hour is unknown. Read the story about the ten virgin in the bible (matt.25:1-13). In the book of Philippians 3:13 says “Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead”. Permit me to tell you this; what is ahead of us is greater than anything on this earth. It is written that all things shall pass away but the word of God lives forever. So let us not allow things of this world to drive us from the kingdom of God. Forget about the pass and press on towards the goal to win the prize.
I want to give you a typical example about chasing things of the world. My father is a pagan and he really loves things of this world. The marine spirit took him away into the sea for seven good years. When the spirit brought him back, he became rich and even used some of the money to sew dresses (pants).To be frank, the spirit deceived him and now he is nothing before men. I can say, sometimes what he have to eat is a problem for him. At first he hate to see us because we are Christian but now the Lord is touching his heart. Listen to this carefully, we went to him to preach for repentance and this is what he said: My children, i have pass through a lot of things, I have tested all spirit but I have now release that there is power above all powers and that power is the name Jesus Christ, and He is Lord of lords. I know one day I will accept him before I die”. So you see, there is nothing good in this world than in heaven. The bible says we should not love the world or any thing in the world, anyone that love the world the love of the father is not in him. so called Christian are carried by the world, they seek other powers to get rich and enjoy their life. Jesus said not everyone that says Lord; lord shall enter into the kingdom of God.
Most people are following miracle today but the bible says in Mark 16:17 and this sign will accompany those who believe: ………………… but not we following the signs. I don’t know whether the same thing is happen in your country. In Africa this time, people are really following miracles but not miracles following them. Instead of given their life to Christ fully, so that at due time God will bless them. They move from one church to other seeking miracles to be rich and to live luxury life without thinking about the greatest things in heaven.
So called pastors join other medium to do miracles to be rich. Please beware, don’t follow miracles and signs but if you believe in Jesus miracles and signs will follow you.
Miracle is real but seeks God and use only Jesus name in every thing that you do. Walk through the narrow gate to receive the crown.
Please don’t let suffering separate you and your God. Apostle Paul said “I am convinced that either death or life, neither angels nor demons neither the present nor the future, nor any powers. Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Roman 8:38). He made a firmed decision that nothing can separate him from Jesus our Lord and what about you. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. We need to persevere so that when we have done the will of God, we will receive what he has promised. Let us not stand against the will of God but walk in his plan to win the prize.
Please I want us to test ourselves if truly we love the Lord and our neighbors with this verse in the book of 1corithians 13:4 Love is patience, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self- seeking it is not easily angered; it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects always trusts, always perseveres.
This is what I want us to do, use your name to replace “it” in the verse. For instead Derrick is patience. Please examine yourself whether you are patience, kind, does not envy etc.Let me remind you that the bible says that the kingdom of God is full of love and without love will we be there?

JESUS IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
Light is the most important thing in the world. Without light how can one see? We have so many sources of light, the sun, the star; our bulbs etc give us light. I hope everyone believes that without them the whole world will be in the darkness. So everyone needs light to see clearly during day and night. There is a “light” that is above all light which is Jesus Christ. The bible says the true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world (John 1:9). That true light is Jesus Christ.
Christ came into the world as light for us to see. Who ever believes in him will never walk in darkness but walk in the light. Just as we all need light in our homes and work places to work well so our souls, spirits and bodies need Jesus Christ to shine in our life. Who ever has Jesus has the greatest light that will never quench. Who ever is willing, must surrender to Jesus for true light? He loves us so much that he want us to come to the light so that we can be free from been slave to darkness. Everyone knows the meaning of slave but let me make it clear to you. Anything that control our lives, we become slave to that thing. If darkness controls our body, souls and spirit then we are slave to darkness.
Luckily, “light” has come into the world that who ever is willing to welcome him will be a master to darkness (no more under the control of darkness). Let me remind you that darkness always fears light. In the book of John 3:19 says “This is the verdict, light has come in the world but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. This verse is telling us that we have to love light more than darkness so that the light will expose of evil in our life. The sinful nature will be taking away by the light.
Jesus said “I am the light of the world, whoever follows me, will never walk in darkness. But will have the light of life” we need Jesus everyday, all the time to shine upon our life (body, spirit, and souls).”The light of life” (john 1:4) shines within man by the inner sense of life to deliver us from sins. Jesus said are there not twelve hours of day light? A man who walk by day will not stumble but he sees by this world’s light. It is by when he walk by night he stumbles, for he has no light. Let us allow Jesus to shine in our life so that we will not stumble. Love light love life.
