We can over-do with knowing it and get burned out. I am going on vacation next month. People are asking me, "where am I going"? I tell them to my living room that pass thru each day and sit down and listen to my jazz and watch tv for 10 days. I will buy enough food and drinks( green tea and bottle water..lol) to last me for 10 days. The most I will do in 10 days, is brush my teeth if that...lol. I plan to talk to my Lord and my mom only. Ok, if anyone call to book me, then we will talk. The bottom line is, "WE ALL NEED REST AND TO LAUGH"!
